I visited this practice many times- Dr Lim is special !!! He is a highly experienced GP. I appreciate his empathy and genuine care. I found the receptionist very friendly and professional as well. It’s a bulk billing practice but the service is great and never found anything to complain about.

I’d give this place no stars if I could. They consistently call me for my Telehealth appointments a day late and then charge me through Medicare even though I’m at work and can’t take the call (technically fraud). I also regularly wait on hold for half an hour to even make an appointment (which won’t be honoured) in the first place. My father also visited this practice and reported chest pains. The doctor told him not to worry and a month later he had a life threatening heart attack. Can’t believe that this place hasn’t been shut down.

I have been attending this centre for 5 years after my old family doctor retired. I would recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a centre that has friendly staff at the reception with Jenny, and a fantastic caring doctor. Dr Lim is the best GP I have ever visited,he focuses on proper consultations that are focused on diagnoses and not timed for profit. They bulk bill which is becoming rare these days.Thank you. I have not been offered any money, given any gifts or gratuities for this review.

Best medical centre in the Inner West, in my experience. Bulk billing, their hours are super convenient (open till late) and the staff and doctors are always really helpful and caring. I'm lucky this place is so close to my house, anytime I have an issue I can rock down to see them straight away, or head there after work. Even if they're super busy, if you walk in they will try to squeeze you in to see a doctor if you're happy to wait - legends. Just wanted to take a quick second to write them a review in thanks, they really deserve the praise.

Great practice. Dr Lim is great for continuity of care, immunisations, vaccinations and all sorts of primary medical needs. Meeting Dr Lim has always been a pleasant experience. I've had two appalling experiences with this practice just this week. First appointment I booked with Dr Abdulbaset Elhassadi was a telehealth appointment that he was an hour late for. Got two scripts made, went to the pharmacy and they hadn't been sent yet. Went back to the pharmacy the next day and my scripts were still not sent. Had to call them up and ask them to fax it. Half an hour of waiting in the pharmacy, the fax came through. Today I again saw Dr Elhassadi to go through some symptoms of a chronic condition I currently have. He was extremely rude, told me I was anxious and that my symptoms were likely psychological, and almost refused to do anything I asked to have done. He performed a check up that was so rushed and put no effort into it. If you see him, be persistent and get the care you need even if you have to harp on about it. Overall, having read other reviews these two complaints seem to be a persistent thing patients often run into. Avoid Dr Elhassadi at all costs and get your scripts elsewhere. Disgusting.

Most probably the worst experience with Dr. Lim, never felt so rushed to describe about 4 to 5 different conditions I am suffering with. He was brutally honest about the fact he could essentially provide zero care in anyway, no advise was given in regards to my health, no hope or endeavour to work towards looking into some of the pain; I physically showed the poor condition of my shoulder which he immediately brushed past. I actually didn't even finish, and he had already gotten up to let me out of the room as it seemed to be his last few. This doctor showed zero care, or provided absolutely zero care into anything I talked about or any future plans for ANY of those aspects of health. I hurt at every point of my day; thru the metal plate in my feet, the de-attached feeling in my shoulder due to my history of back issues & that i have not been to afford to get to a chiro, zero empathy was shown and again zero attempt at finding any solution whatsover or assistance offered

Possibly the worst medical centre I have encountered in the inner west ,went there as a new patient with my son we filled out our forms and waited we realised we had no appointment so we were happy to wait after an hour or so my son was seen last patient leaves at 9 doctor goes to walk out the door at 9:10 I said I haven't been seen the receptionist just stares at the doctor she is completely unhinged I spent 2 hours listening to her yell at patients an aggressively slam the phone down so I let not seen by th doctor and was told by him to just take my son's medication

I am glad I’ve met a highly experienced, caring and lovely doctor at this practice. This is an amazing bulk billing practice which I find way much better than some private practices that I’ve visited in the past – found the reception staff and doctor that I met professional, experienced and caring. I highly recommend this practice.

Went to this practice to have blood tests done, everything went smoothly. Met a great doctor & his team. Good service overall.

Amazing, they’re open till 9pm but the doctors go home at 4pm and receptionist makes zero eye contact while saying “sorrrreeeeeeeeeeeeyyyyy” and clickity clackitying on her keyboard like she’s doing something really important. Where are the walk in clinics in Sydney anymore?!

Booked a psychologist appointment over a month in advance, was sent a reminders about appointment a week before it, a day before it, got there in time and was told their psychologist had left weeks earlier and there was no one to replace them.

The business hasn’t answer the phone in the 20+ times I’ve tried to contact them. Generally have to walk down to speak to the receptionist - what are they doing all day???

Dr Lim has displayed tremendous understanding, patience and knowledge during my visit. I have no hesitation to recommend him as a GP.

The worst service this place, I booked an appointment for a referral letter for MRI scan, once they got results, I booked appointment for results, they booked the appointment and the en cancel and rebooked with other practitioner, the practitioner call me one hour late, telling me she doesn’t know my case so I just need to book another appointment which means I have to pay another 64 aud, this is ridiculous, then I asked the practitioner for the referral letter for my surgery and she said she can’t do it because she doesn’t know the case, terrible service, there is not the minimal work inner Center between drs.

both receptionist and a doctor show they do not respect the patient! Poor service and bad attitude

Dr Damien Ford is very knowledgeable and a great people person. I highly recommend him. The receptionist was great in responding to my enquires.

They're a good, mixed billing practice. They're generally not bulk billing anymore, but there are exceptions.
