The two gentleman that served me with extremely helpful and kind. They took my boxes to the car, they put the tape in the dispenser for me. Both very friendly and professional. And most importantly gave me advice on the correct boxes to buy for my move.

Awesome storage place. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The location is convenient near Newtown. The place is kept in great condition. The common area is always clean. My items were safe from the humidity during the nonstop rain in Sydney. The only downside is the lack of parking. Highly recommend to anyone who needs storage.

Signed up for a unit when downsizing apartments. Easy signup process (fill out details online, come to the office to provide ID). Move-in process went smoothly including receiving deliveries from removalists. They also have all sort of boxes, tape, matress covers and other moving supplies at a great price too. Shoutout to Andrew, who is always exceptionally helpful.

The team at Kennards are fantastic. Always ready to help and so friendly. They were there at every step of the way, from setting me up with the right unit to buying back boxes. Packing and moving is tough going but a visit to Kennards always made it seem better. An awesome team!

I accidentally had a very important parcel delivered to this business and I’m not even a customer. I had a call from Christian and Andrew to explain what had happened and they kept the parcel there securely until I could pick it up. I was very pleased with the service provided by Kennards Marrickville. Andrew, the on-site manager, walked me through all the details over the phone and was prompt by email with follow ups. Just finished up my stay at Kennards Marrickville. Staff there were so helpful. They took us in at the last minute on Christmas Eve when we were moving interstate organised a place for our stuff. Now we just had our boxes collected by the mover and Kennards automatically finalised everything, sent a confirmation email and follow up phone call. So streamlined and professional. Great staff service and customer experience.

The guys who run this place are super helpful and friendly. I’ve had storage here twice and it’s always an easy experience and I feel my belongings are safe. The beautiful old building is a treat to be in. It requires a little patience with the lovely old goods lift but it’s worth it!
