Happened to only stumble across this bakery as we were waiting for our table at Kuramac across the street. We had the custard filled pastry and it was so amazing! The flakey pastry complemented by the not too sweet and creamy custard was a match made in heaven! Given by the low number of people rating this establishment I feel like this place is really under the radar at the moment! Will come back to try their other pastries.

Seriously…. all the sweet pastries are works of art! They have amazing products and they stock St Dreux coffee - so win win! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 Must stop in and try their superb goodies!!!

in a quiet lil section of bustling 📍Marrickville, lies a hole-in-the-wall bakery with top notch pastries 👌 i visited @baked.republic a couple weeks ago and honestly really enjoyed my experience. we got a range of baked goods including one of the prettiest croissants ever! 🥐 the glazed donut was also so godamn soft, i just want to lie in a bed of them and have the best sleep ever 😴 check out my foodie insta @erinxeats for more!

Excellent service and food. Bought a pie and some sausage rolls for the kids and it was fantastic. The filling was fantastic, very gourmet in flavour and not your average pastry. Highly recommended to others in the area.

The custard of the Portuguese tart is a bit too runny, and the pastry are not as crispy. The taste of Lime & coconut cruffin is quite unique, it has the balance of the creamy and tangy. The chocolate croissant is buttery and airy, nice texture

Went on a Thursday morning, there was a small que and only one person behind the counter taking orders and the barista. They only had one savoury (hot) vegetarian option and it came with goats cheese which for me is an acquired taste I do not have, as well as a bread roll with olives... Something I also don't like. I decided to get an apple turn over and took a bite on my way home... Only to find I could taste the butter oil/ was definitely used to cool something savoury prior, that perhaps even had meat in it. I chucked it out. Was not nice. Regardless im probably going to go back, but likely stick to the sweets, because they looked to die for.

The almond croissant and donut are amazing. I love it. It's not too sweet and oily. highly recommend it.

Hey I visited your store last Thursday and was left very underwhelmed. When I arrived there was no one at the counter then i was waiting for a while before someone came out. The man who served me was very unfriendly and honestly didn't look like he wanted to be there, as the face of your business he was not approachable at all. The counter looked like it hadn't been cleaned. My partner and I are regulars, but when he arrived at 6:30am for his usual coffee and asked if they were open, the barister very blunty said no... it's a shame because the product's are really delicious
