What a delightful location that offers the best gin- smooth, high quality - nectar of the gods. The staff is so kind and accommodating, full of helpful suggestions as well as friendly smiles. And they keep chips on hand to sell for those of us that can’t resist a little snack with our cocktails. Poor Toms has several gin offerings- but do not overlook the The Imbroglio (a bitter/sweet liqueur that Poor Toms manufactures is right at home in a negroni, a spritz, or straight over ice). Poor Toms is even offers the recipe for Negroni on the bottle. A good stop. The only problem is there is no distribution in the United States of this fine gin.

Wow! My new favourite spot in the inner-west! Funky gin bar with a 30 headcount limit so it’s intimate, cool and you’re guaranteed to have great service. The cocktails are awesome and it was so cool to hang out with friends and have a cruisey Saturday afternoon enjoying drinks

It was our first time at Poor Toms and we loved it! I had the Gin flight which really helps you pick what you like. There’s an offer where you’ll get the Gin flight price off any bottle so of course we took advantage of that. We also had cocktails and it was delish! They are not skimping on the alcohol. Their food options are chips and 2 types of sandwiches so it’s not the place you’d go for dinner at drinks. Having said that I had an Eggplant sandwich for the first time and I want their recipe! There’s plenty of street parking. They are incredibly COVID safe. I saw them clean a table after the occupants left and it was completely thorough. You can make a reservation via their website. I’ll def be introducing this place to my friends

Quaint little distillery. Lovely ambiance in the afternoon with the sun outing through the front. Staff are very friendly and service is excellent. Lots to choose from on the cocktail Menu. Some light snacks available. When we were there it was cheese(fancy stuff) and eggplant toasties. We really enjoyed the cocktails. “Lost gin space” is a must try. We also had the mandarin and white tea which was very good. A really nice place to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon. I recommend it.

The place was pumping and the bar staff were slinging cocktails and G & Ts on a dime. On a warm Sydney Saturday afternoon (finally!), my tour guests and I were offered great hospitality by the hard working staff. The gin is great and made with their signature style. Their menu offers a range of G & Ts and traditional cocktails plus a monthly changing menu that uses seasonal ingredients to create some clever and delicious drinks. This place is a gem and it is the highlight of my walking tour. Thanks Adam and crew for always looking after us.

Cool relaxed vibe to chill, chat and sample some pretty tasty. Staff friendly and attentive. Tables are quite spread out and social distancing rules are enforced which is good. I had the coconut coffee cocktail and it was delish.

A cool little distillery in the hub of Marrickville back streets. Serving up a range of gin based cocktails and also selling gin samplers. Reasonable prices and you get a discount off a bottle if you decide to buy one. Love the styling and the space. Certainly worth a visit.

Fantastic gin! Tom is not so poor. The strawberry 🍓 gin is so nice. I had the strawberry 🍓 gin. I also had the basic gin and I really enjoyed that.

Strawberry gin and tonic was absolutely stunning. The cocktails were fine but the gin really shines in a g&t.

Such a great little gem amongst the many breweries in Marrickville. It was a good way to break up the endless beers we were consuming all afternoon. They have a gin flight, so you can get a feel for their different gins. Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all the happy drunk customers that wander through their doors. Thanks Poor Tom's team for a great experience.
