When I first entered this mosque, I felt safe. They have placed security on the main road and in the mosque, whom are alert at all times. One of Al-Zahra Mosque's values is its cleanliness. Not one piece of rubbish or plastic was seen laying around, not even on the road leading towards the Mosque gate! All in all, they have superceeded in their friendly environment and their peaceful upholding of their moral and religious values.

It is a beautiful Mosque that belongs to the Shi’a sect of Islam. It is a mosque that values the Prophet and his blessed progeny while not engaging in theological discourses that incite hatred. It is a very welcoming and open mosque. I have prayed here many times and have witnessed others from different sects pray in the mosque by accident but still be greeted and welcomed. No one is made to feel like a stranger and those that felt awkward felt so due to their own insecurity. The mosque has a very peaceful and spiritual feel to it and has clean wash facilities that are easily accessible for both men and women.

An abundance of blessings shower you once you enter the doors of this peaceful, sacred, and flawless mosque. May Sayed Hashem continue to provide us all with his wisdom, world of knowledge, and integrity for decades to come inshallah.

Terrible, couldn't refill the lighter properly, insisting me to buy the whole butane gas tube so I can refill myself

I don't like involving myself a lot in communities but I found coming to masjid al Zahra a wonderful experience, if I was curious or confused in any way most of the women were helpful in breaking things down or pushing you the right direction.

The school pick up and drop off cars are off the handle at this place. The school needs to figure out a better matter to control the traffic during these times as the parents whom are picking up are all stuck there causing the traffic both ways doing U turns. There are three whole apartmet complex around that area that had only access with that road. Have a traffic controller on board. It does not make sense to take 15minutes + just to come down that short road.

My first time praying at the mosque, got eyed out, got singled out and patted down before entering the mosque which is ridiculous, and watched over by other brothers. I understand that you may not see muslims who arent Arab very often in the Arncliffe area but it was a very unsettling visit.
