We loved our stay at Villa Favorita, especially because the staff was great and highly professional. Special mention goes to Pietro, Giuseppe and Edoardo who took amazing care of us! Villa Favorita is very good quality for price. The igloo bungalows have all you need (fyi the small bottles of water in the fridge are charged extra) and the amenities are stunning (many blossoming trees and 5 star pool). Proximity to Marsala historic town is perfect provided you have a car and it is an excellent location if you want to explore the region (Trapani, Egadi islands, Erice etc). We hope to come back in 2022!

Great place and facilities! Unfortuntely we were not advised prior to our booking that the swiming pool was closed. Also the person who received us and shown us around was not welcoming at all. We actually felt like we were not really welcome, which was really a negatively unique experience.

We had a great holiday in this hotel. We stayed in a bungalow with our 1 year old daughter and we had fantastic time. Service is next to none. Every staff member was so helpful. They accommodated us with all baby equipment we needed. Breakfast at villa favorita are just amazing. Pool area is well kept and there is a small pool for kids. Highly recommended

UPDATE - following my below review on my initial experience the manager sought me out to apologise and to resolve the issue regarding my room. I was shown the bungalow and an alternative hotel room. The bungalow was cute and if I was travelling as a couple it probably would have been my preferred option. As a solo traveler the hotel room seemed more appealing. It was also very much appreciated to get a heartfelt apology. An additional note regarding breakfast; if you are looking to avoid carbs (not easy in Italy anyway) then fruit and yogurt are really your options (they had a bowl of boiled eggs but that didn’t appeal) I wouldn’t want an English breakfast (I don’t have those in England!) but it really was just rolls and pastries (which did look delicious) Booked a deluxe bungalow and was given this room (see pics) attempted to complain but was told they are fully booked and there is a plumbing problem with the bungalows (?) The receptionists response was that this was a superior room - it's a fold out sofa bed! Wasn't interested in informing me about the facilities on offer and had a general "not my problem attitude"
