Booked a tasting online one day in advance for 2 people. Ilena messaged that something came up, but her coworker would be able to give us a tour. We ended up getting a private tour and tasting for 2! Yes, the tour is short, but it was informative, and if you ask questions they are more than willing to answer! Wines were very good. We appreciate all types of wine really, and left feeling like these wines perfectly represent easy drinking wines from Sicily with single varietal focus. We enjoyed 4 tastings (basically full pours!) that were paired with an amazing salumi, caponata, jam, cheese, olives, oil and bread board. We were there for 1.5 hours, and we left only after purchasing many bottles to bring home! Don't hesitate to book a tour and tasting here!

Lovely low key winery, private guided tour (about 20 minutes) included wine tasting with 4 wines (one Marsala) and cheese board with great treats of cheese, salami, olives and incredible olive oil which they also make themselves. All for €15 per person. Very tasty wine and relaxing outdoor setting to try it, enjoyed it a lot! They also have a beautiful big indoor space for larger groups. The only minus was that although the guide was lovely, she spoke very fast and the tour felt a bit rushed, it would have been nice to go a little slower.

Amazing winery with a big selection of local grapes single varietals and an even better range of 2 exclusive risevas ( 2 years in Oak barrel) a nero d'avola and a syrah even more special is the nino bottle which is an absolute must buy for big Red wine lovers. The tastings are amazing accompanied by a great selection of local tapas.

It was difficult to find as the signs are worn down if you approach from the other side. Once you enter the building you are in for quite a surprise. As we later found out, that the whole region is like this; a very very unattractive outside area with lots of garbage everywhere and neglected buildings, but then inside, it looks a lot more attractive. The tasting was complete. The food platter is huge, could easily replace lunch/aperitivo. The wines, eventhough we asked for more premium type of tasting were not really our style and quality. Very mediocre compared to other tastings we have done. Personal preferences are always difficult so maybe other people love it. For me it really missed complexity and potential. It is easy drinking wine. The lady who organised the tour was friendly, good English and did her best to accomodate everyone, but it did seem a bit unorganized as they had multiple groups, actually all on a different type of tasting. So it took a lot longer than needed. A bit of basic information on paper would have been nice. I would not go again as it was ok, but missed the 'wow'factor in the total experience

A highlight of our trip! Enrica was fantastic, so knowledgeable and fun-we enjoyed each and every wine (usually I am only a white wine gal) red, white, Marsala and sweet dessert wines too! The street food was an added bonus! Thanks again… LC

Definitely worth the visit! Small place where you can understand the making of wine. You can see the vinification process before the tasting of high level and very particular wines. The guys are kind and warm, moreover, they share with us the story of the place and many interesting facts for the Sicilian grape 🍇. Thank you Caruso&Minini for the experience!

Great winery to visit while beeing in Marsala! Great staff working there, they took us through the whole wine making process from crushing the grape to bottling it. At the end there was a wine and food tasting with amazing Sicilian street food! We were in a group of five and the trip was totally private. Woman working there explained everything very precisely in fluent English! Their wine is also worth trying! You can have a very nice classic Marsala there but also wines produced from sicilian, local grape varieties like Nero d'avola, Frappato, Grillo or Zibibbo! Definitely worth visiting while staying in Marsala!

We have gone to several winetastings within Italy. Our experience at Caruso and Minini far surpassed all others due to the masterful Sommelier, Enrica. Her knowledge coupled with her masterful guiding through the winemaking process was extraordinary. Thank you for the wonderful food pairings which added to this already worthwhile experience.
