Hotel: Modern, refurbished, clean and comfortable hotel within 5 min drive from the centre of Marsala. Parking is available. You can have a quiet room (on the other side) – this is the most important to me. Staff: Attentive, professional staff. Particularly I would like to thank to Maria Laura, who has provided as with the room suited to our needs. Everyone in reception (also Antonino, Erica) are helpful and knowledgeable. Food: Breakfast is reasonably basic. The food at dinner is fantastic. Spa: We had a few treatments. I was surprised to have had a good strong massage (I am spoiled), so I do recommend it. However, do not take reflexology (feet - does not seem that the ladies know what it is.

Very professional, friendly staff, clean and fresh room. Bathroom a little small but the room seemed recently done up. Nice clean pool area included in price with plenty of sunbeds (plus a salt water pool for €5 extra). The breakfast is good (for Italy), with boiled eggs, yogurt and cereal, juice and salami and cheese (plus the usual sweet things of course). Location is about 5 mins outside centre of Marsala but not a problem with car or bike. Very good secure parking for free.

My friend and I got a massage at this hotel and it was a disaster. I don’t think either of the masseuse had any real qualifications to be doing a massage. I have had many massages in different countries and by far this was the worst. Also I had booked for a manicure and the hotel had confirmed that they can do this. First they used a massage bed to do a manicure. Very uncomfortable. Second the girl who did the manicure took a long time to file and polish each one of my nails. She was not confident and the finish was really bad. I could have done a better job if I did it myself. I truly believe they just asked her to do something she had never done before. Finally they charged us a lot of money for a very poor service. So don’t waste your time and money to go there!

The room I had at the 4th floor was amazing... for three people very big with good furnitures and well equipped with all you need. Big shower, good bed. The pool and the spa are also very good and the breakfast too

In bagno il sapone doccia era completamente vuoto. Appena accorti, lo abbiamo chiesto alla reception, ma non avevano del sapone da darci, col risultato che abbiamo potuto fare la doccia solo poco prima del check out, quando ci è stato mandato personale delle pulizie con quanto mancava. In doccia presente una vecchia lametta, assurdo. A colazione sono presenti i succhi di frutta jolly colombani nei loro maxi brick, così come i vari tipi di latte. Sarebbe più carino farli trovare in bottiglie di vetro, come è solito trovarli in hotel della stessa categoria. Il personale di sala non passa a salutare ed a chiedere se possono portare qualcosa di caldo, avviene su richiesta del cliente. Inoltre, potrebbe sorridere ed essere più cordiale: siamo sempre in una struttura 4 stelle. Occorrerebbe un servizio più attento: i tavoli della colazione all’aperto, alle 11 e mezza (1 ora dopo la fine della colazione) non erano ancora stati sbarazzati; passeggiando alle 20.30 a bordo piscina erano ancora presenti bottiglie di bibite e patatine che gli ospiti avevano lasciato e che nessuno aveva rimosso. Belle le piscine (2 d’acqua dolce, una della spa d’acqua salata). Possibilità di effettuare trattamenti estetici in spa (su prenotazione). I letti sono comodi e il condizionamento nelle camere funziona bene. Comodo il parcheggio all’aperto (servizio gratuito).

Struttura nuova e tenuta bene, pulita. Interessante il servizio Spa con trattamenti a base di sale; da migliorare l'insonorizzazione della spa (nel mezzo di un massaggio rilassante si sentono porte sbattere e gente parlare ad alta voce fuori dalla stanza). Il servizio ristorante è la colazione buoni, ma non eccellenti. Il servizio eccezionale. Nel complesso lo consiglierei.
