I gave it 5 stars because my pedixure qith Sophie was the best. Just amazing and relaxing and my daughters nails were excellent with Tyra. She does an incredible job and fast too. I also got a manicure with sophie which i loved only thing hand massage needs to be longer

As a woman who works in construction and travels all over the US for work, I rarely have time to do the girly things that I love but having my nails done is something that I always do. I was NOT disappointed today when I walked in. Emily greeted me at the door, I told her exactly what I wanted and she did just that (even helped me pick a better red). All of the staff were extremely polite, friendly and engaging. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. Thank you so much from this traveling gal to all of you at Top Nails. Happy holidays!

Came in for a gel pedicure and manicure. They has very very very good customer service do you want a good nail salon go here you won't be disappointed. And the prices are very good. Love this place!

First, the guy was super friendly but very distracted. I cam in to just get a gel color their color options seem extensive but is not well maintained. I picked a color to be told they did not have that in gel. He did pick out 2 things to be a simular finish. He seemed to rush through the polish. Nails were filed uneven. Polish has bubbles and does not cover whole nail. I had polish on my skin I had to clean up. As for manicure... He put a bit of lotion on each hand and while rubbing it in absent-mindedly, he was standing and seemed to be rushing through in order to get to next customer. The whole time he's answering the phone and talking to other workers. Some of this is expected, but this seemed a bit much. Atmosphere has improved but the customer service has went downhill. I paid over $30 to get my nails painted and rushed out. I will be looking for a different salon. Very disappointed in the decline of customer service.

Wow! They always provides top notch service and can create the set I ask for. Paid attention to detail. Best work and set i've seriously ever had! I'm a happy customer here always!

The Ladies at here were very kind and upbeat. The pedicure is a great deal and it comes with a lot. This is my new in the area pedicure spot and I always recommend to people.

Nail Dip w/ Vee. 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 My nails are so thin and natural looking. She removed my previous dip, dipped my new color four times and I was still out the door in about 50 minutes. The atmosphere is lovely and welcoming as well.

This place is the best nail bar I've been to in the area. Their customer service is wonderful. Would definitely recommend going to this place! If I could give more stars I would!!!

Came in for a filling. Was more expensive then when I initially got my acrylics done, and the polish was sheer and uneven. Atmosphere was chaotic and customer service was not great. Will be finding a different salon.
