I loved! They gave me a big box, and among so many options I decided to do my best in this place. I would definitely go again because they didn't fail me at all and they looked divine. Brisa helped me with my hands and another girl with my feet, both very patient and friendly! The receptionist also welcomed me with a coffee until the girl arrived. All very friendly.

In DECEMBER, that is, two months ago, I booked an appointment for today. Luckily I sent a message to confirm. THEY DID NOT RECORD even my shift. The employee apologized a thousand times but it is not enough for such a long wait.

A disaster, I went to get my nails done semi-permanently and I left with all my cuticles covered in blood, they hurt for several days and on top of that I removed the polish so badly that when I painted them you could see the polish that was left on the bottom. I also went to get permanent hair removal and the girl who did it was a beast!!! I told him that it hurt because I was burning and he told me that “it was normal” for me to do it, he served you reluctantly and you could tell that he did it without enthusiasm, a disaster.

The service they provide is wonderful, the warmth, dedication, attention, integrity and ethics, respect and care for each client that we are going to serve is admirable, something that I did not see elsewhere and only what they bill matters. It is an excellent place and team that works with passion for what they do. Thank you for everything you give!!!
