    I am just upset at the fact I asked for mustard and pickle only. It even says it on my wrapper, and not one, but two of my cheeseburgers have everything on it. And you can say “just pick it off” or “grow up and eat it” but I’m allergic to onions and that’s not the point. It cost McDonald’s more time and money to add this unnecessary stuff I didn’t ask for. I got two cheeseburgers and they both are like this. So not only am I hungry, bc I can’t eat this, I wasted money on it. I’m very upset.

    Night shift does an amazing job, but I door dash and had an order for breakfast, they are very good and atmosphere is a lot better than you'd think being so early in the am, only complaint I could really give, would be they to pay attention to the front counter alot better. Being a door dasher we have time limits so be courteous, we are just doing our job like you are.

    I ordered an iced coffee and 2 spicy McChicken sandwiches. The woman at the first window was very kind. The woman at the second window looked like she wanted to "off" herself and it drastically showed. Y'all might want to check on her. However, she wasn't rude to me in any way. I opened one sandwich almost immediately, and the chicken was very dry. I had also ordered extra mayo and there was barely any on the sandwich. However, I did order no lettuce, add tomato and that part was correct. My iced coffee was good as well. I waited til I got home to "doctor" my other sandwich to make it more palatable. My wait time wasn't very long although the boy who handed the woman my iced coffee at the second window failed to add a lid so she had to go retrieve one. (He must have been new lol)

    I’ve never had a satisfactory experience here. This time, I asked Chloe to give us straws, because the frappe she handed me was already half melted, before she sent us to the next window. Chloe ignored us and sent us to the window, anyway, and said it would be a few minutes. We waited about 8 minutes before she finally gave us our food with NASTY grease filled fries, and our straws stuffed all the way in the bottom of the bag. My frappe melted completely. I am including a picture of the nasty grease filled fries.

    I swear this is one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I live here and use them often so I have a good understanding of how they are. Is it really that difficult to read the freaking ticket. When it says no cheese, don’t put cheese on the burger. It’s really not that hard folks. And people wonder why the public is mad about them wanting 15$ an hr. How bout you start getting basic orders right and we’ll talk. Good lord it’s ridiculous, I’m so mad right now

    Isaiah at the front counter is such a blessing to see when walking in, he’s always so kind and friendly unlike most people working fast food these days

    The window workers are mostly rude. It takes forever for food most of the time. Usually about a 15 to 20 minute wait before being told to pull to the next window. It’s consistently terrible.

    I stop by sometimes on my way home from work (i usually get off at 11pm). They may be exhausted, but they are doing a wonderful job.

    Waited in the drive thru forever on the left and then when I arrived first they received 2 orders from the right side to the ladies that pulled up after me before realizing I was there and asking me for my order. Also adding they barely put sauce on the burgers. Feels like I’m eating a dry bun with meat most of the time.

    The food is always good but they close at different times its never what it's supposed to be. If they close early they just turn off the drive thru and the workers ignore you when you drive to the window to just ask if they are still open.

    Martin being a small college town, this is a very busy McDonald's. With that, you might expect terrible services but that usually is not the case. The food is as you expect McDonald's food to be, and the atmosphere is very homey, with an entire wall in their lobby dedicated to UTM
