Pondville Beach Provincial Park

Tourist attraction Park

😐 This is a beautiful big beach, great for walking, swimming, sandcastlesand exploring. The only downside was that bathrooms were filthy to the point of being unusable, and there are no garbage bins on site, so there was litter on the ground. If the bathrooms were maintained I would give it 5 stars. People often mention beach,

Beautiful beach. There are a few change rooms. The bathrooms are outhouses, not flush toilets. There are no bathrooms with running water. The attraction is the gorgeous sand beach, although the water is very chilly. I have found sand dollars beachcombing here many times.

Provincial Park. Always kept clean. Lots of room to explore and enjoy the waves with the tide coming in and the sandy beach. Bathrooms and changerooms on site.

Nice quiet place to listen to the waves of the beach! Area has a bit of history in this small town of Arichat Cape Breton! 👍

Great beach even though the ocean water was cool the day we were here. They is a "swimming hole" on one side and the ocean beach on the other side. Be very careful of the currents in the swimming hole. Can be quite dangerous. No lifeguards on duty here. Uncrowded except for the annual sandcastle day.
