We stop here at McDonald's, bought coffee & food very nice 😋

The food here is actually pretty good most of the time but it would be GREAT if only they didn't keep running out of stuff or having machines break down all the time. I've never encountered another Macca's where this happens so often! If it's not the ice machine, it's the shake machine or the ice cream machine or the frozen drink machine! Hey head office, buy these people some new machines!!!

The service I received was friendly, polite and quick. The young people (and also not so young) did their tasks well and the place was clean and well maintained. It's always a popular place and the drive through is just as well used.

Just go a Big Mac Took a bit big long blonde hair in my mouth .. Took up to counter. Sorry I will replace that for you.. wow that was it

Worst service, food had something wrong with it. Noticed burger wrappers were on inside out. Get food replaced if you notice this. Staff openly admit to dropping food and serving it after. Run by teenagers and immature people in their 20s. If you're buying a happy meal make sure your child is with you or they won't include the toy.

My wife dropped in to have an previous order error fixed up. A young man, Travis who attended her was courteous, helpful and friendly. A big thumbs up for this employee. Keep up the great work. Georgie

I now know why It has been so long since I have been to a Macdonald's Store! Today I purchased a Big Mac & Medium Fries. The Fries were just passable. The Big Mac, was absolute Rubbish!! Mayo poured out of the Burger like Water, The Bread Roll, literally deconstructed & fell to pieces in my Hand, whilst trying to Eat it! I can honestly say, it was the worst Burger Experience,I have ever had. I can also Honestly say, I will never set foot,in another Macdonald's Store, no matter where it is!! Rubbish Food, in every respect!

Disgusted to be polite, just ordered a mcfamily meal get home and one burger short, try to call the store 4 times no answer so have to drive back to shop to get my burger. Chips have no salt and are like cardboard. Never going back so that's another take away off the list and my list is now very short. Mcdonalds used to be really good but now people are getting lazy and don't care about customer service any more.

For a long time I haven't seen a McDonald's restaurant so clean and well organised. The restrooms, surprise surprise, were clean and smelled good. We had a fantastic cheese ham and tomato sandwich that was very well done(no grease). Good service.

The girl on drive thru 19/9 at 10:40 is terribly rude, can’t get basic orders right. Served my partner a beef patty when she clearly asked for it to be removed. Maccas should be easy and she made it as difficult as possible.

Food is not cooked to order, the meat is precooked and stored in a warming tray, not even hot enough to melt cheese. This dodgy act has replaced the old style slides you used to see in store with burgers sitting read made. Deceving the customers thoughts that their order is made fresh to order. Technically it is made fresh, however not cooked to order. Like you would expect from a traditional hamburger takeaway.

It's exactly what you expect when you go to Maccas. Lots of parking, quick service and busy. Great for a pit stop. Toilets were clean and people were lovely

I order through Menulog which I’ve never had issues with. On my receipt it has a chocolate muffin on the receipt but I didn’t receive the muffin I called the store they said it wasn’t their problem. How can you read over a receipt of someone order and miss part of their order? One of the staff members I was talking to also hung up mid conversation I wasn’t upset or angry. She was very rude and had little customer service. Won’t be ordering here again. My food was also cold and given I use to work there delivery food is always fresh I guess they got slack this time around.

Could be the worst experience at a McDonald's ever... Burgers missing onion, another 10 minute wait, and had to place the order at the counter after waiting 10 minutes in store for the app order to come up with an error. 25 minutes huddled with other people an elbow length apart...🤒 80% of the seating area not available because of renovations - surely this could have been done after hours.

It was 2am and I went through the drive thru really craving a chicken and cheese burger, I get to the speaker box and they say they can’t serve me because they are closed for 30 minutes, annoyed as I was I went home and jumped into bed, my sister had work at 9am that same day so I took her to work and decided to go through the drive thru once again. Upon getting to the speaker box I ordered that very chicken and cheese I was craving and a large chips, arriving at the pay window roughly 10 minutes later, the very rude expeditor told me I couldn’t have the chicken and cheese burger to which I said “that is literally the only reason I came here” now in a rather tick off mood I paid for my chips and drove up to the next window and received my soggy unsalted chips. The wait time, lousy service skills, food quality and lack of customer comfort has left a sour taste in my mouth when I should have left happy or at least compensated for the inconvenience and unfriendly service.

Worst coffee, we asked for skim milk half strength n 1 sugar plus a banana bread...what we got was coffee double strength n no sugar or banana bread..poor customer service.....not happy JAN......

Have placed many orders through DoorDash and nearly every time have had missing items out of my orders, ranging from chips, nuggets and drinks. I understand you may be busy at times but it isn’t hard to read an order on screen and pack the bag correctly, it’s your job.

Worst performing maccas ive ever seen. Yesterday had chips that were so stale i was starting to think theyd been fried twice. Day 2 , guy didnt come to speaker so drove to window, watched them drop food out the window under someones car.

Spent $65 on dinner, and when I got home the bottom of the bag fell out and food fell onto the floor. Rang the store to put in a complaint about a faulty bag and was told because I had left the store it was technically my fault. Poor customer service!

Great experience even though the store is undergoing a major refit. Order was prepared in a timely manner - there were 7 of us on the one order.

Again, meal missing, no ice in drinks ridiculous weight time. Understandable the place is being fitted out but slapping a burger together with no sauce or lettuce is just slack.

The worst service from people that have no idea what they are doing. Never anyone serving at front counter, they know your standing there waiting on order. This has happened many times. They need to train the staff professionaly.

While you're closed for renovations, why not put a sign out in the driveway? We did a mobile/app order only to find them closed. The app should have shown them not available. (Phoned them and got a code to use next time to get what we'd already paid for). While sitting in the carpark on the phone to them, countless people were coming and parking, going to the door expecting to go inside, only to find them closed. Signage at the entrance to the carpark would have been great

Walked in store and ordered a double cheeseburger meal. Now when I received my meal, I usually check everything but this time I didn't until I got home. First thing I went for is the fries. They honestly don't look fresh, looked like they haven't been cooked properly and a bit soggy. When I took one bite, it was worse. Definitely not impressed. Burger and drink was alright.

I went through the drive thru, and the coffee was good here. Makes me wonder why McDonald's in NSW isn't as good as it is in Qld. Staff are so much friendlier in Qld also. I guess that is NSW for you.

The freshest and best put together burgers that I've ever had from a McDonald's store. Well done, keep up the good work!

My only complaint is if it's just me in the car and the drive through people handing me my icecream before the 2 drinks and burgers. It only leaves me with one hand to go across my body to put the 2 drinks in the cup holders. As everyone knows drinks always spill if not put in cupholders. I can't deal with 2 drinks and an ice-cream l only have 2 hands. They don't always want to hand me one drink at a time so I can at least stop my icecream from melting down my arm while l do my juggling trick. Just a thought give the ice-cream last please.

The food is really good but they were missing items which were the sauces for my nuggets but from that it is alright

They NEVER put the sugar in the coffee, you ask for it, they repeat your order to you acknowledging your request and the coffee comes with no sugar, very frustrating.

Sundae isn't as advertised. They should make it look more like all the advertising — otherwise it is clearly false advertising which is a crime. I should have just gone with a cone, I guess.

Worst experience ever tonight, order wasn't done properly, coffee wasn't coffee and it was cold, took the money but no order or didn't want to give item, there was 8 employees but not one couldn't do their job properly as this was at between 8:45pm to 9pm in the drive thru. Do not go there if you don't want your money taken

Took ages in drive through for us to put our order in and this was not a isolated incident. Sml chips were cold and limp and very few. Big Mac was missing the inside part of roll and cold. Quarter pounder also cold. We live less than 2mins away so shouldn't be that cold.

Worste McDonald's on the Planet!! Most of the time they can't even get your order right and when they actually do the chips are old soggy loop warm filth along with their nuggets that are hard and clearly nowhere near fresh, If other companies can be sued for false Advertisement McDonald's should be to! How about cook fresh to order like you advertise instead of lying and ripping people off!.. they're going to hand out one to many disgusting meals one day and it'll end up costing them, People will only take your b.s for so long before tgey snap!

Went in for breakfast on a Thursday morning, only two of six self serve computers were operating. Priority given to the drive through and some derelict was sleeping on the bench seat taking up 3 tables. Don't expect much from MacDonald's but even this was sub par

Not happy when you go to order your food and get told they can't do Frappe's or icecream at the moment. Menu items unavailable 😕 For goodness sake order more so it is available. You are a fast food chain and offer food so please do the job and not tell us it's unavailable most of the time.
