So
my
complaint
is
that
she
lies
about
her
credentials
and
is
not
very
understanding
or
accommodating,
I
asked
if
she
had
experience
with
kids
that
are
on
the
spectrum
my
son
has
autism
and
low
verbal
skills
and
she
told
yes.
My
son
doesn't
like
his
head
touched
and
it's
been
hard
in
the
past
to
cut
his
hair
that's
why
I
asked.
You
could
tell
that
she
had
no
experience
with
kids
like
this
and
her
solution
was
to
give
him
tons
of
candy
and
honestly
I
think
that
might
have
made
it
worse
in
the
long
run.
At
the
end
the
haircut
was
not
perfect
at
all
but
I
thought
she
did
the
best
she
could
with
a
moving
target.
I
recently
set
up
another
appointment
with
her
she
was
very
nice
about
it
and
even
set
me
a
reminder.
Unfortunately
the
day
of
his
appointment
I
had
a
medical
emergency
with
my
other
child
and
it
was
serious
enough
that
when
it
happened
everything
else
stop
existing.
So
I
tried
to
call
her
and
reschedule
she
basically
gave
me
the
third
degree
about
no
showing
up
I
explained
to
her
that
it
was
a
medical
emergency
there
was
nothing
I
could
do
and
she
refused
to
make
me
another
appointment.
She
lied
and
said
that
she
only
does
haircuts
by
appointments
even
though
when
I
was
there
with
my
son
somebody
walked
in
off
the
street
and
got
their
haircut
without
an
appointment.
I
understand
her
time
is
money
but
it
was
a
medical
emergency
and
this
is
a
haircut
I
think
my
child
going
to
the
hospital
with
more
important
than
the
haircut.
