I bought few Hair and Skin Products from one of the Fred Meyers and went to this store to make a return as few products did not work for me. I returned a primer and found out I got the item on a deal and it was a $0 item. I asked the lady to just not return it and I will take it back. She started yelling and said now its okay for you to keep it because its free otherwise you wanted to return and all. And her actions were so disgusting.🥺🥺🥺 I responded that I would never shop here again based on the customer service and she said mean things to me in return. 😭😭😭 The old lady at the Customer Service is the worst lady and most rude person I have ever seen in any retail store. She is racist and her actions were so hurtful. I could not resist and had to complain to the Manager/Supervisor of the store and he said he will talk to her. 😦

I love shopping at Fred Meyers. They have almost anything that one may be and 9 times out of 10, they have everything I came for in stock and readily available to me. They have plenty of registers along with two separate self checkout areas, so you never have to wait in line to pay. Staff is friendly. Recommend!!!

Not as good since they reorganized. The bulk section is now pathetic, although they do have a somewhat reasonably-sized selection of alternative flours and sweeteners in the same aisle. If you want a good bulk section, go to WinCo instead. Much cheaper, and great selection. All the alternative stuff here is massively overpriced. Some can be found at WinCo for cheap, the rest is cheaper from Azure Standard online. Still have a good produce section though I don't buy stuff that isn't on sale. I do like that they set brown bananas aside for cheaper, which is great if I want to make banana bread. Don't know of any other store that does that. Also, go during the day. It's not in a good area and isn't really safe at night anymore.

*edit update* They didnt reimburse the full cost of the Uhaul, only 1/3rd of it with a gift card to spend at fred meyer. Terrible customer service and managers, Not only give us a disgusting couch they wouldnt reimburse us the full cost of picking up and dropping it back off. and gave us a card to spend at their store. Horrible, you lost a long time customer and will have bad word of mouth 🛑 IMPORTANT BEFORE YOU BUY🛑 PSA - PER THEIR FURNITURE DEPT. THEY SAID VERBATIM "IF AN ITEM SUCH AS FURNITURE IS RETURNED SEALED IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX WE DONT OPEN TO CHECK IT WE ASSUME ITS IN GOOD CONDITION..." They have a 30 day return of furniture. Might get some bed bugs, germs, who knows what else since they dont check it. **end of update** Bought our first couch from here. We had to rent a uhaul to pick it up since they dont offer delivery. We picked it up and opened it up at home. As soon as we took the plastic off it smelt like smoke and dog. There were a bunch of white stains on the couch. There was visible dog hair and grass on the couch and velcro. Worse part is we have to get ANOTHER uhaul and drop it back off. they said they sell returned furniture within 30 days. This was worse than the floor model and they NEVER once said while we were buying or picking up that it could be used. They said they checked it and thought it was new. What do you think? NEVER BUY FRED MYERS FURNITURE ITS USED, STAINED, SMELLS and who knows what else people do on it for 30 days before returning it. It was absolutely disgusting, not even cleaned. Here are some pics of our "NEW" couch

Went with my family today to pick up a few groceries and shout out to Amy, one of their cashiers. She was speedy and also friendly. I have no complaints about her service whatsoever. My only complaint is that the bread aisle smells like mold, especially near the refrigerated section. Other than that, workers were helpful and the store was clean.

Finally got my Fred Meyer card but it won't register to my app profile I created. I'm glad the Customer Service lady was able to help me with the discounts for my purchase. She was such a nice lady!

Fred Meyers is a fantastic department store. Everything you want is all at one place. This helps us, the shoppers, by not having to drive from store to store. FM also tries to offer a good selection from which to make a choice. They also are very competitive when ît comes do%w\n to prices. So for my family's needs, Fred Meyers gets a big YES!

This place has gone down hill. Employees don’t seem to care about the customers. I’ve witnessed the cashiers be quite condescending with customers, especially elderly customers, on numerous occasions. My father has gotten kicked out of the store for entering through doors that were still open, no sign indicated that customers weren’t supposed to enter through it, yet they got security to escort him out for no apparent reason. Months ago I grabbed a cart that was outside to use in the store, and got into a confrontation with who I’m assuming was a manager by the way he was dressed. Nothing indicated the carts weren’t supposed to be used, and a simple “oh those are broken so we no longer use them” would’ve been great. As I mentioned at the beginning, they are extremely condescending. Myself and others have dealt with needing assistance at self check out, making eye contact with the cashier/attendant meant to helping while trying to get their attention and been straight up ignored. My mother passed away less than a week ago at an extremely young age due to complications with a medical device, Fred Meyers is the closest store to my house and being as drained as I’ve been I decided to give this store another try. I immediately regretted doing so. It shouldn’t be that difficult for them to maintain good customer service skills. I worked in retail and the restaurant business as a manager for years, and I would never treat customers the way that myself and others have been treated here. I held my tongue for long enough, it was time to write this review after witnessing an elderly women be spoken down to in the self checkout area. It’s as if the employees expect customers to read their minds, or know as much as they do about this store, which makes zero sense. They are there to help. The way that they have secret shoppers and security follow customers looking to spend their money around the store is absolutely horrific. Customers should not be treated how they get treated at this location.

This store is huge and has everything you can possibly imagine. Amber, the cashier who assisted me (12/16/23 6pm) was very friendly and efficient. Please thank her for me.

I actually went here to get my watch links taken out at the jewelry store and while I was waiting I bought a swimsuit in their ladies department. The customer service was very very good and I recommend the store.

Fred Meyer Marysville up until about a month ago use to have some of the best donuts around. Not sure what happened but they’re Apple fritters are much smaller and very dry. Haggens down the street is where I will now be getting my bakery goods.

Has "customer service" just gone completely by the wayside? A packed store, a packed parking lot and self check lines half way across the store because we can't open more then 4 of the regular check out lines? It's not just here, it's everywhere and it can't be for lack of help, but in my opinion the greed of the grocery giants, not scheduling shifts and holding back to force the consumers to hurry up and wait. Well I certainly won't be back and sure as heck won't waste my time. Amazon is literally a few click from service with a thank you and gratitude.

Fred Meyers has a couch and matching chair set I've had my eye on forever it feels. I wish I could afford to spend $800(ish) on the set, I've take it home in a heartbeat!

Something has gone very wrong here. Customer service is nearly 0. Spent 1.5 hours and had 2 carts full on my husbands only day off. When trying to check out was told we had to go thru self check out. Simply had to walk out. dissatisfied

I love shopping at Fred Meyers, they have the freshest produce, they also have good variety of international foods, and what I love most is their rewards program, you buy your groceries and at the same time accrue points to save on gas, that's a win win for me.

Black Friday sale, towards the end of the day, crowd thinned, good time to see what’s left. Half-price offer on socks and underwear not consistently honored at the registers. Their solution? Go to customer service—cashier will not honor it, either. Result? The one person at customer service is overwhelmed, processing one person every 10-15 minutes at most with a line lasting over an hour. Very poor management that is disrespectful of their customers and their own business model.

Always easy to find things because people are friendly and helpful. Store was clean and there were plenty of carts. I usually find really good deals in the store so when I am shopping for groceries I always look for clearances too! The Freddy's that I shop at is in Marysville and they close the doors at 10:45 pm to shoppers coming in. It is to stop the criminality community from stealing at the last part of the day when the floor managers and closers are trying to fix up and do go backs and walk throughs. This Freddy's has the same problems as the one in Everett. Please don't be upset at the door people, they are not managers, they are just ordinary store employees, some make less than 15.00 per hour when the rest make 20.00 an hour. It is really a Security Department or Management job, but they are rarely at the front door when they stop allowing customers in. Corporate does not allow a sign on the doors saying that the doors close to incoming shoppers at 10:45 pm. Trust me, someone who I know, has asked at a company meeting and they were denied.

This place is huge! You can practically find pretty much anything you can think of. My only complaint would be needing more self-checkout lanes and the need to expand the space of the bagging area at each register.
