    Great breakfast just some of the servers or staff overwhelm with the crowd in the morning. Not my server shyla she did a great job on serving and always asking me if I needed more coffee thank you shyla your boss ought to be proud of you.

    Food was great, low wait time, and our server was great too. Bit sad they got rid of the country omelet but the poblano omelet is great. For a limited time they have pancake tacos. I really enjoyed the fried chicken and gravy.

    Clean location with booth and table seating. The waitress we had was very kind and friendly. She ensured that my little one was well taken care of and that we had everything we needed for our meal. The food tasted fresh and was a good portion for the price paid. We would return to this location again.

    Absolutely not worth it. My waitress was so sweet and tried her best but the host was busy having a 20 minute conversation, our French toast was raw (dripping egg), and another worker was telling our waitress she needed to hurry. Yet, she was the only one working. Overall: Horrible food. Awful service by others other than our waitress. The atmosphere was uncomfortable and unprofessional.

    Maryville IHOP is one of our favorite restaurant! We are greeted by Theresa, Rebecca and Matthew and the kitchen staff, they are the Best servers and the manager Chris too! They are always professional, thorough and very welcoming and the food is delicious! We give them 5stars! -Jeannie and Jason

    Food arrived ice cold, not even put under a heat lamp, waffle had butter on it and never melted even a little. Was cold and hard, tiny amount of gravy for biscuits and gravy, half a ramiken full. Pepsi tased like it had sanitizer in it. Server never came back to ask how everything was. Over 40 bucks for two cold meals. C'mon do better.

    Walked in and there was 4 tables of people and a man waiting to be seated. After about 5 minutes of waiting to be seated, one of the already seated tables got up and left. They didn’t even so much as get their drink order taken. The man was finally seated (where the couple had just left from) and so was my party. Of the 3 remaining tables, we noticed only one had their food and one was getting their drinks served, the other had nothing. While walking to our table we noticed that no one was bussing tables. We got seated next to one of the unbussed tables. The entire time we were there no one bussed the tables. We did get our drinks within a few minutes of sitting down. But it took nearly 45 minutes to get our food. The hasbrowns were burnt. The pancakes had burnt chunks embedded in them. Likely from lack of cleaning the griddle. The bacon was burnt to a crisp. The waitress never checked to see if we needed refills. Or if we needed anything in general. Or to ask how our food was. Most of the time she was seen sitting on her phone not worrying about anyone, when she could have been cleaning the tables. We watched multiple people come in, wait a good 5 minutes or so and walk out because no one came to seat them. After we got done eating, it was another 15 minutes before we got our check. This is the worst experience I’ve had at this location.

    I went here for breakfast the day after Christmas. The food was very good, and their oreo shakes are delicious. And the waitress was amazing. I definitely would come back again.

    Honestly you can't go wrong with IHOP. I was excited when I found out this location was 24 hours again. It was very quiet when we first got there and there was only one server working. A total sweetheart named Teresa. Despite looking completely exhausted she was absolutely on top of her job as more people started to come in. She truly went above and beyond. The food was absolutely amazing too. Would absolutely recommend to my friends after a night out. It was 100% worth it

    Had a late breakfast Monday morning. Both of us ordered omelets. Mine was correct, but hers wasn't. We didn't say anything until the bill came and had charges for what was ordered. They made it right in the end.

    The host at the front was painfully unfriendly. Not rude by any means, just very obviously disinterested in customer service. The food was not hot, and barely warm when it got to us. It was fine enough food except for the temperature. Not to mention parts of one entree were brought out over ten minutes apart. We were hardly checked on, but the waitress did seem busy so that could easily be a staff shortage issue. I know this location has just been put under new management, so maybe all the kinks just haven't been worked out yet. Would give one more chance.

    The food at this IHOP was exceptionally good. I usually order the same thing, so I have good comparisons. The omelette was full, and had a nice buttery flavor. The pancakes were fluffy and delicious. The server was very attentive and we didn't even have to ask for refills. She just brought them. It was noisy but that's to be expected since they have good kids menus.

    Our server "Tina" was amazing! She was quick to greet us, she was knowledgeable, cheerful and patient. I always order the same 2 items either ham, egg and cheese melt or corned beef hash (which has disappeared from the menu) please bring it back IHOP! The egg sandwich switched from scrambled to over medium suddenly! No thank you! Please offer a choice of egg on the menu so the customer is aware that you have changed a traditional sandwich! I had to request scrambled eggs on the side to switch it out. I stopped a server walking by to ask my server to stop at our table. Exceptional team work Tiffany was able to let our server Tina know about the eggs and they were out in a minute. I was highly impressed at the great attitudes and teamwork. It reflected in our 50% tip to our server. Everyone from host to server to cooks did a great job. The menu needs a little tweaking. Overall I was happy with our visit.

    Three years ago my review was Great service and clean restrooms. Now, not so much. We went this morning and were told it would be ten minutes. And HOUR later we get seated. The person seating us apologized and I told him he should be more honest about wait times. He said after he told us 10 minutes he was told to hold the door. I said he should have come back and updated those of us that were lied to so we could decide how to proceed. Two stars because our waiter was good and on task. Notice all the empty seats in the photos....

    This serve was horrible. The waitresses were looking at jewelry that someone was selling. Instead of waiting on customers. Ordered over medium eggs got well done. I can say I won't be back

    Food was good, waitress was nice, the problem was the waitress disappeared. Took our order disappeared till the food came out then disappeared again never asked if we were ok gave the check and then disappeared again. We had to ask random workers for napkins utensils and then had to hunt the waitress down to pay the bill. We had 8 people so that would have been a big bill we could have walked away from no one would have noticed. We just aren't that type of family to do that.

    I haven’t been to Tuesdays in a long time but this last time I went was awesome! You have some new people in charge that make the whole environment 💯 Kristin Byrge was the one that turned me back into a salad bar lover. She is at Alcoa Hwy now but she did it for me at the Emory location. I will be driving to Alcoa Hwy location from now on. Thanks Tuesdays!

    Good food... reasonable prices. Nick is the best server. We enjoy the food & atmosphere everytime we go! Breakfast is good but don't skip the hot chocolate or milkshakes depending on the temps...

    The only reason I'm giving this a two star rating is because the food was somewhat decent. I don't normally write reviews, but this place genuinely astonished me when it came to the wait staff and even kitchen staff. From the get go, being seated, we was immediately asked what we wanted to drink, which normally isn't that bad, but this hostess was visibly irritated at my children for not hurrying with figuring out what they wanted to drink because they were too focused on sitting down at our table rather than immediately knowing what they wanted to drink. She ran to the back to put orders in and then continued to sit people and work. Then our actual waitress came to stand and wait on us to figure out what we wanted to eat. She was standing at the table across from us with her notepad and pen out just waiting. Imagine how uncomfortable that is while you're trying to figure out three children's order plus your own. Finally gave her the order and moved on. I watched the kitchen erupt in an almost argument where what I assumed was management (bald man in regular clothes) stood there trying to calm his kitchen staff down. Overall a very awkward experience. I have been a waitress before in a place where we had very limited staff. You 100% do not have to act like that. There was a sign at the register that warned us of a hiring crisis so before we even sat down we was prepared for long wait times, etc. We was not prepared for blatant rudeness and drama while we ate seventy something dollars worth of food. Please retrain and do better.
