On Monday my office ordered 23 dozen donuts and 11 boxes of Joe for 7/27 & 7/28. They were ready when I went to pick them up! They tasted great and the staff helped me get everything to my car. Great Job!!

WHY WOULD THEY CHOOSE TO REMODEL THIS STORE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE HOLIDAY SEASON on November 1st?! It’s colder weather when people want hot drinks and yummy treats from the new holiday menu & they close down. Wow.

Only 2 employees on staff. Took 15 minutes to get a coffee through the drive thru with only one person ahead of us

This is not lightly toasted and love how I tell the girl bc my one girl is not here miss Liz who is amazing messed that up don’t taste good at all today like what is going on stop talking and playing around told you it wasn’t right the first time but don’t remake it!!! Not happy today this is my usual spot and they never mess it up but today they dropped the ball bad

This place was slammed but the employees were so super friendly and the food was great. They even are nice to the Karen's! When a place is as busy as this place is, be nice to the employees! They were fantastic! Thank you ❤️

Dunkin Donuts has been my occasional treat spot, but my recent experiences have been a bit disappointing. The prices seem to be steadily increasing, making it hard to justify the expense for a regular coffee fix. Moreover, I must admit that I've found the coffee quality to be inconsistent and often lacking in flavor. On the brighter side, their doughnuts remain a saving grace, as they continue to be delicious and satisfying. While I appreciate the occasional doughnut indulgence, the overall experience has been a bit hit or miss for me. I hope Dunkin Donuts can address the pricing and coffee issues to bring back the joy in my visits.

Always clean, service is wonderful! Example...I ordered a mobile order and got called out for a delivery . I was going to arrive 20 minutes late. I called to ask of they could put my Ice coffee I'm the fridge to keep it cold and they were more than happy to accommodate my needs. In my opinion it doesn't get any better! Went there, bought 2 same iced coffees, tasted really bad, went inside and ask to remake them, tasted better but just by looking at it seems not done right, very disappointed.

Worst Dunkin I’ve been to and I travel all over the southeast. Been 3 or 4 times and they always find a way to mess up the order and burn coffee. The one in Lenoir City is 10 times the store.

I do not go to D and D to have to put up with pink haired girls with snot rings hanging out of their nose. Seriously, nobody wants the narrative of girls looking like little boys anymore. I will no longer do any business with Dunkin Doughnuts!!!

We go *almost daily* for coffee only, they know our order by heart now and recognize our car. Super friendly!

I am very disappointed. I was looking forward to my sausage egg and cheese croissant. When I opened it up the croissant was burnt and there was no sausage. I am so disappointed.

Coffee can taste good but depends on who's making it. 90% of the time I order the same thing it always turns out diffrent. Half the time I get espresso in my iced coffee they forget it especially if I order through Doordash. What's the point in having the pumps if it's never the same? Some days my coffee is pretty dark as I like it and others its just straight milk with diffrent sweetners in it. It's not just this site either its the company as a whole. I'd say out of all the times I've ordered from dunkin i probably got what I actually ordered 6 times. Even starbucks gets it right most of the time and I order the same thing both places. I just don't understand how the coffee can be so diffrent everytime yet the order never changed

If I could give none (or negative stars) I would, I ate breakfast at this location and got so violently ill on my way out of town on business, that I had to stop at a hotel until I recovered from the severe food poisoning I received. When I called to inform them of this problem once I had recovered, both from the location itself and from Dunkin corporate I received rude and inconsiderate responses such as “I don’t know what you want us to do about it!” And got hung up on twice. This isn’t the first time I was poisoned here either.

The best Dunkin I've been to hands down. The staff are young, but super friendly and helpful. The coffee orders have been consistently spot on and the donuts are made proper. They are fast and again greatly courteous!

The coffee is always amazing, however, the food is always trash. Got the mini bagel bites this morning and they were so hard couldn't bite into them. I had to throw them away. I know food is bought frozen and cooked like that but dang it is almost unedible. I have been going for years and will continue to go for the coffee

Got chicken and biscuit..Biscuit very dry and chicken undercooked. Pink inside. Donut (cake) was dry and tasteless.

I'm only giving a 2 star because they're only a few people in this dunkin that can actually get 1 iced coffee right, I'm in there daily and always get the same thing and if I'm gonna pay almost $4 for 1 coffee I expect it to be right a large iced coffee 10 creams 10 sugars but noooo I always have to go back because they don't put sugar in it or the coffee is so strong you can't taste the cream or sugar "STOP HIRING KIDS THAT DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE A COFFEE" 🙄 I'm starting to think McDonald's coffee is better 🤦‍♀️

Last 2 visits orders have been wrong. One visit ordered 5 items. Items were correct on the ticket but 4 of the 5 items were made wrong. When asked for them to be corrected they were not friendly and did not even apologize. They just don't seem to care about getting orders correct at this store anymore.

Highly impressed with the service we received. The employee, Zoey, that took our order was very quick and ensured we had everything we needed (extra napkins, drink holder). Zoey has a great attitude and work ethic.

So often my drink is made wrong and I have to go in and have them fix it. I guess they can’t figure out that when the syrup is low in the bottle it’s not pumping the right amount, or someone is making the coffee too weak so it throws everything off. Come on already, it’s not rocket science 🚀 ☕️ Bad management
