    Stopped in on my way home from work to get a couple chicken sandwiches. I decided to go inside and that was a mistake. When you see how dirty this place is it makes you think twice about buying food there. Nothing has been wiped down or swept at all. That being said I did order a couple chicken sandwiches and some onion rings. They were made in a normal amount of time and the burley tattooed guy that took my order was very polite. I don't judge a book by it's cover I do however like decent food and this was not the best. The chicken sandwich was okay but nothing special. A touch overcooked. The onion rings were kinda hard and crunchy possibly overcooked. It is what it is, fast food. It's edible if your out and about but not at the top of the list.

    Hardee's menu has a good selection. I love a good burger now and then. But my favorite has always been their breakfast biscuits! Fast, friendly service. Very clean store

    I usually love stopping by this Hardee's and giving them my business, but tonight I was highly disappointed! Upon arrival all staff members were outside smoking and it took forever for someone to take our order. I ordered a western bacon burger and pulled to the window. Once at the window it took around 5 minutes for someone to even address me and take my card. It took them even longer to make my burger and once I received my burger it wasn't wrapped at all and was made completely wrong with no onion rings on the burger. I usually have great service during the day, but tonight all of the staff seemed to be under the influence of something and if not that, irresponsible. Never in my years of coming to this place have I been so disappointed.

    I do feel bad going to a restaurant minutes before they close so I dont do it. However when its fast food and there is 57 minutes till close I will sometimes stop by. I pulled into the drive-thru and sat there....lights were on...sign was on...but no employees to be found. So Sonic got my business for the night.

    Who would put burnt tenders in a container to serve someone? When I first arrived at the drive through to pick up my online order NO ONE responded at the speaker... so I had to pull around. $12.89 meal I expect better!

    This is the worst experience I have ever had. Missing items, wrong items, and always messing up orders. If this is gonna continue for Hardee's they might as well get a food inspector/critic and a health inspector at the same time to figure out the problem here. I will be taking my money else where from now on.

    Stopped here to eat March 2023 with family while in town. Not a single solitary sole in the parking lot or dining area or drive thru. Now I know why!!! We ate in the car and no one came in while there either. It was early afternoon. The food was horrible. Her burger was sloppily thrown together and super greasy, and mine was not warm. Fries were stale and cold. $24 down the drain, I'm surprised we didn't get sick. DO BETTER Id give 0 stars if that were an option. Shame that the people near the hospital / downtown / PD / people living in that area / & people passing through to the mountains don't have more FF options ...

    Jaden foster was the young man in the drive through. Was very pleasant helpful and well mannered. Seemed to have a great work ethic. I recommend a pay raise for him .

    The breakfast 😋 is delicious here as long as its hot an fresh, the service all depends on loaction. Some folks have bad days an tend to express their emotions towards paying guests, try not taking it personally when this happens. Maybe sharing a nice smile or patience/ not everyone could work fast food....it can be frustrating an harder then some believe. The price for a breakfast platter is less then $5 I just wish they would put a location on Airport Highway closer to the airport, i believe they would stay busy considering the options for a great priced breakfast. The burgers an chicken here are way better then they get business for. 😋 nice humans make a nicer world. God Bless 🙌🏼 🙏🏻 ❤️

    Upon arrival at 6 am (on my way into work) they had a line at drive thru. I don't guess the employees showed up to work. At 6:20 we were all still setting in line. So I drove off and noticed 1 car in parking lot where employees park. So I went to Burger King and enjoyed my breakfast!

    I don't really like to give negative reviews however I stopped at this particular Hardee's on my way home this morning. While waiting inside in the line, I noticed that the counters were filled with receipts all over atleast 30 or so tickets covering the trays and the whole counter. Also sitting on the counter in the front was a pack of cigarettes. The cashier seemed annoyed and moved quite slow. By the time I got my food and went back to the car and left I pulled out my Frisco breakfast sandwich and tried to take a bite but the bread was hard from sitting in the warmer too long also the egg was super dry. This being my favorite breakfast sandwich on the menu I've bought my fair share of them and let me tell you, today's just wasn't up to par. Like I said I normally don't leave negative reviews however I felt compelled to write this in hopes that they see this and can try to make the proper changes needed to run this very popular chain. Thank you.

    We ordered through the app and went to pick it up. The food was cold, they were missing items that we ordered and did not even tell us they were out of stock until we checked our bag and asked about them. The employee that we spoke with talked to us like we were his buddies and did not know what to even say except they didn't have the item. We explained we were charged so how did we get our money back for those items and he had no idea. He got the manager and she offered to replace the items with something else which was a mediocre resolution. Then we tasted the food that was cold and it wasn't very good at all. We wasted our money that night

    Excellent place, great food. Staff was really helpful. I believe she was the manager. Even gave us coupons to use. Saved us money. Got a lettuce wrapped burger and forgot to say no mayo. She fixed it for us without any problem. Drink machine was acting weird, she got right on top of it. Wish i lived close by. But was on my way back to atlanta. Whole staff was nice.

    When I entered the dining room, there was no one waiting for their food. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and nothing else. 4 people came in after me and ordered their food. They ordered combos and various sandwiches. They all received their food prior to me. I ordered at 12:11pm according to my receipt. I got my food at 12:26. 15 minutes after my order. Both cheeseburgers were cold. What could I have possibly been waiting on??

    Pulled through the drive through at 6:15AM with others in line. Waited an actual 5 minutes at the talk box just in case their headset died or something had happened. Nobody answered the headset or responded to my “good morning” or my “hello”. When driving past I could see a few workers inside and a girl in plainclothes on her phone in the lobby. I’ve always had great service at Hardee’s, this was just upsetting and disappointing service all around.

    My family and I eat here quite often. Today when I got off of work I wanted to grab something to take home. First off we sat in drive thru for 30+ minutes, then once we get to the window they could not even tell us our order back then we waited for another 10-15 minutes. Once he cam to the window our order was still completely wrong so instead of making a huge deal out of this we told them to charge us for our drinks and to refund the rest of the money. The manger took the food back and threw it across the room to the trash can and very rudely gave us a refund but tried to charge me $10 for 2 drinks. I am in disbelief of how rude they was, I am a manger at another restaurant and despite how a customer is aggravated or any other manner I would never treat any of my customers the way we was treated today!!!!

    Worst fast food restaurant I have ever gone to. I ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and a sweet tea at the drive through. Get to the window and the female worker said my cost was over $18. I informed her of my order and said there was no way my order was $18. She said that's what it was and even told me to take it or leave it. I told her I was leaving it and I left. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

    Me and my mom stop yesterday to get dinner thru the drive thru ordered the #1 famous star meal and I had the ham and cheese meal I took one bite and spit it out ,my fries were under cooked and so was my mom's what happened to Hardee's food.

    Floor was greasy slippery when I walked in. Staff was not very cleanly, and they took more than 4 minutes to great us, even though we were the only guests in the facility. I will not go back to this location. We were even told it was the humidity that made the floor greasy!! It was 530 in the morning, so we left and went to McDonald's instead
