It is officiall and without doubt, having tried and "tasted" different places, that this place has the BEST ice-cream in the city!!! and at the BEST price. Best quality and quantity too... it doesnt matter the branch, the standard is always top-noch!! I am always served quickly and the stuff r amazing.... Thank u #stadiumFastFoods for ur dedication . . . We can c that u do value us customers by ur actions... and actions speak louder than words. I told one ice-cream seller today to go and check the ice-cream at stadium-so that they learn how to do things. Bad experience for me today at Kingsway branch. Attendant who took my order was good but the lady who served me my order was rude. First I expressed my reservation with how she handled the ice cream cup, she did not apologise nor did she try to assure me she did it the right way. Secondly I politely asked for a second plastic spoon for the ice cream, she refused with no politeness, said, one cup one teaspoon. Fortunately I could see a supervisor close by who was able to assist me. I shall avoid this branch in the future.

Food is great. They only need to deliver on their delivery system due to delayed deliveries.

Welcoming is good people are friendly food is delicious but they mix orders...i remember my friend ordered white toast but she got brown...i order sunnyside medium i got something different this other time they mixed the food n we had to like switch things on the plate.

Consistent good fast food

Stadium Fast Foods always have this clearance type of thing environment going on, despite the traffic. Going to this one in particular is like signing up for an obstacle course which ends in you catching up some palpitations and what so nots. Anyway, the food is still great... I think. I don't have any reason to say otherwise. Great thing is that THEY DELIVER. Great advantage in the mist of all these city problems such traffic and an overwhelming cacophony. However, the experience is nothing to write home about. Most people that are familiar with the chain don't bother with expecting life-changing amenities more than they would with the quality of their food. It's fairly good. Just go either very early or very late if you don't want to be dealing with the traffic.

Customer service is good

Normally I eat my Sunday breakfast at Stadium food court Kingsway. I do like simple logistics offered by the franchise but today I experienced something bad where delivery men were serving tables in reflectors such a bad presentation especially with open food. If it is necessary that they do something while in the shop, please ensure that they give appropriate attire to serve tables. For house to house delivery they are ok as the food are well packaged.

I'M A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND I LOVE YOUR FOOD VERY MUCH,ESPECIALLY YOUR BREAKFAST AND THE CLUB SANDWICH...BUT TODAY I WAS DISAPOINTED TO HAVE MADE AN ORDER OF A MEAL ONLY TO FIND OUT THERE WAS NOT ALL I ODERED WHEN I GOT HOME...I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT...

The meals are tasty,😋😋😋 i love mostly the breakfast menu, but the delivery takes forever I'll take my one star for it amd give you 4. 😊😊😊
