Was very disappointed with my stay at this place. They double booked my room...made other arrangements. The breakfast was not the worth the money that I paid for it. Some of the food was still frozen. The security also treated me as a thief as he refused to let me go out "because I did not pay". My room had no warm water and the basin was leaking water. The only good thing that I experienced was the friendly staff.

This lodge is set in the great location in Maseru. It was also easy to locate since the signage is all over the way leading you exactly to the lodge. Though it was fully booked on our arrival since we didn't have a prior booking, the lady at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to assist us with alternative accommodation. A place with such service is worth recommendation.

A warm home with friendly staff that need some training or supervising on some areas. Learning to report unpleasant issues in the room prior, checking the amenities in the rooms that they are in order and if not fixed inform the guest early. Room 6 needs a lot of attention from the door that doesn't close, the bathroom door need oil on the hinges it's squeaky and irritating when one is sleeping. If they don't have water they must make a guest aware and provide some little to brush teeth and wipe herself. The pressure of water in the shower is very slow. The air conditioner isn't working, the TV is switched on and off manually. They must get TV remote surely universal remote can work. When it rains there's a pool of water on the verandah I actually almost fell when I was going out. Please sort these things out.

We slept 3 nights at City stay. It was home away from home. The staff was helpful and the place is clean and secured with a guard. It's only the road to the gate that is not so great but otherwise great place

I had a great time,I was received with warm hands and I will visit any day and I do recommend this place to any traveler, Maleshoane, the cleaning lady she's so great, and she makes you feel comfortable and relaxed,

The location is good but the road to City stay is bad. Good customer service

Good service and friendly staff. I always recommend it to my friends who are looking for a clean and affordable lodging facility in town. It is very secure for your cars and within 5 minutes drive to major shopping places and essentials around Maseru. It is a choice of many people who want to avoid traffic congestion in and out of town especially during peak hours

The staff is very very friendly and professional, their rooms are clean, wifi is always available, situated within many amenities however there is one thing that did not sit well with me a mini fridge that is placed on the ground

We stayed at City Stay four days and it was such a pleasure. The place was clean, staff professional and WiFi all the time. Would recommend it anytime.

Sub M700 as of Oct 2019, which is a fair price for budget international travelers.
