staff
that
need
some
training
or
supervising
on
some
areas.
Learning
to
report
unpleasant
issues
in
the
room
prior,
checking
the
amenities
in
the
rooms
that
they
are
in
order
and
if
not
fixed
inform
the
guest
early.
Room
6
needs
a
lot
of
attention
from
the
door
that
doesn't
close,
the
bathroom
door
need
oil
on
the
hinges
it's
squeaky
and
irritating
when
one
is
sleeping.
If
they
don't
have
water
they
must
make
a
guest
aware
and
provide
some
little
to
brush
teeth
and
wipe
herself.
The
pressure
of
water
in
the
shower
is
very
slow.
The
air
conditioner
isn't
working,
the
TV
is
switched
on
and
off
manually.
They
must
get
TV
remote
surely
universal
remote
can
work.
When
it
rains
there's
a
pool
of
water
on
the
verandah
I
actually
almost
fell
when
I
was
going
out.
Please
sort
these
things
out.
