This is a very nice place. At first I doubted it but when I actually got there my mind was blown away. What really makes my stay in a hotel is good service and cleanliness. This place ticked almost all my happy boxes. It's very close to town with easy access to everything. Rooms are very clean particularly the shower, I can't even explain enough how I love a very squicky clean bathroom. The staff members very friendly, helpful and vibrant. The whole concept of this hotel just really shows it is really for a good course. However there's a tent (Dinning room) which was built too close to the rooms, tends to be very noisy. The food was somewhat too classy for my liking but don't get it wrong it was great. I will definitely come back and recommend to everyone.

Had brunch at the restaurant with my colleagues. The food and drinks were good. Service was a bit slow when we requested additional champagne flutes. Otherwise the scenery is great and we had a good time. And the prices are reasonable as well. I definitely recommend it. It's one of the few places in Maseru where one can eat without feeling crowded.

Great place to stay. The rooms are beautiful with good enough space, equipped with a bathtub, shower (The showers are a little bit small) or both. There is a beautiful view there by the balcony. The staff is friendly and the food at No. 7 restaurant is delicious. Further, the electric blankets generate good heat. Lastly, what they're doing for the Youth is awesome

Terreble service 👎 no shelter from the rooms to the restaurants. Covered shelter is only offered for conference attendees. Receptionists said they don't even offer umbrellas. Guest are supposed to walk in the heavy. Our trip from Eswatini was spoiled!

This is a really wonderful hotel, with lovely staff who are extremely helpful. They helped me extend my stay even though they were fully booked online, and were always on hand to help with ordering taxis or printing documents for work. The rooms are clean and the food in the resturant is excellent. I couldn't recommend more!

Nice and cozy place to stay in Maseru. Staffs are very nice and helpful. The location is quite near to Pioneer Mall. With a car, it is only 2 minutes driving. However, I'm not quite sure if walking to the mall is a good option for foreigners. Restaurant serves great food. Ask them for local food, Papa with Beef Stew. That was the best I had during my stay there. Every Sunday, the restaurant does not serve dinner, as it closes at around 3 PM. You can either pre-order dinner before closing time and have it in your room, or have your dinner in other place.

Hard to find, especially at night. BUT loved it the room. Instead of being corny, they instead had fruit in room for us 🍏🍏 I could stay there, really. The reception was warm, the gentleman who assisted us during upon our arrival was very friendly and interactive, however the one who assisted us when we were leaving not so much fun to deal with. He was more focused on what he was watching on his pc. The food at No.7 restaurant is amazing guys. I had their omelette and then their American style pancakes. Too delicious. I also enjoyed the decorations in the restaurant. I loved our stay there. I am so excited as I write this haha 😂

Very nice place with a good course to contribute. Clean rooms and facilities for a good business and work stay. Friendly people and staff though there is some bit of inefficiency, miscommunication and effectiveness on service delivery.

We had a great experience and are happy to support a partner of Kick4life! The No.7 restaurant is also excellent and the food was delicious. They also provide a free fresh breakfast every morning with a variety of both hot and cold options with your stay. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit Maseru!
