This was my first time and I will return. It was a very comfortable environment for a meeting with a friend. Lots of room to spread out for conversations. I had the house coffee and it was delicious.

No enough help. One person working drive thru and inside of shop. Long wait. Barista cannot make quality drinks trying to provide service to car loads of customers in drive thru running back and forth to service inside of store. I work restaurant work and that is not sufficient for the customer and to the employee. The young girl that was spoken to terribly by a customer because customer had to wait. Whoever is in charge needs to address this issue. I don’t think the owners would personally work under these conditions. 2nd time coming in and same thing. Unprofessional not having proper staffing and charging to much for expensive coffee with grounds in bottom of cup. Bitter coffee and a waste of money.

For starters, it doesn't get much better than this for a coffee shop to get work done. It's spacious with office chairs and desks, tons of outlets, good ambiance, a relatively quiet crowd, and you'll feel right at home. The drink menu has some good-looking seasonal drinks plus all the essentials. My plain oat milk latte showed off some good quality espresso. The (seasonal) amaretto latte was very enjoyable -- I like that they pride themselves in not making things very sweet and just letting the flavors/quality pop. I'm definitely excited to come back and try some of their single origin coffees black. They have a couple pastries (paleo primal donuts, scones, muffins) and customizable breakfast bagel sandwiches. The maple sausage, egg, and avocado is my go-to, and it exceeded my expectations the first time I had it. The everything seasoning on avocado makes it interesting, and overall, it meshes well. The baristas are pretty cool. I haven't been to them all yet, but this is my favorite coffee shop in the Mason area thus far!

Hands down the best iced coffee that I have had from a coffee shop in a long time! Drinks are consistent and they don’t fill the cup up with mostly ice. Everyone there is so polite and welcoming.

What a cute little coffee shop! The vibe inside is very nice, and they even have desks set up specifically for working, studying, etc. My matcha latte was okay, nothing too special. My husbands coffee did taste pretty good though. Again, nothing special as far as the drinks go, but we’d definitely come back here again!

Exactly what I was looking for, to have a good and quality coffee break at the middle of a work day, that allows you not only to enjoy a good coffee (although prices are above Starbucks..) but a place where you can work in privacy with your laptop, and enjoy a great atmosphere. I will surely return.

Great coffee, but even greater is the atmosphere The coffee was great..I ordered the lavender vanilla latte. But what was absolutely great was the seating area. They have free wifi, comfortable seating...the perfect atmosphere for getting your work done or to catch up with friends. Comfortable and cozy. Definitely recommend for a cozy chat with friends over a cup of coffee or do get some work done in a peaceful setting

I visited for the first time ever this morning. The girl who took care of me was lovely & informative. I ordered the 16 oz iced peppermint bark latte & it was delicious but a little pricey ($6.50). I also loved the comfy & welcoming atmosphere.

The French vanilla latte was not actually French vanilla and despite requesting no foam, they added it. The espresso shot in my honey lavender oat latte was extremely strong and not well mixed. Additionally, we waited for a very long time in the drive-through in order to get our drinks. For the same price we could’ve gotten a large drink at Starbucks with much better quality and much faster.

The peppermint coffee had NO peppermint taste or smell. The standard coffee literally smelled, & not of a coffee aroma. The pastry cabinet was filthy & had Nats flying around, so that was was a NO sale.. Won’t be returning there!

Really nice coffee shop. Perfect for study and work. We'll lot place with ample sunlight. Their selection of coffees was great too (Coava Coffee from PDX at the time of my visit) They tend to rotate coffees apparently. Only downside - not knowing what the house roast/drip coffee was that I received. But great place for latte lovers - wide selection.

First time at the coffee shop and definitely won’t be the last. I asked for any suggestions and was suggested a Maple flavored coffee with oatmeal milk absolutely delicious!

They are a little slow in the drive throgh, but the coffee is good.

Not for sure why, but I’ve went to the drive thru two times. Today, 2/25 & a few weeks ago around 7:15 to 7:20. I’ve rang the bell they have but no one ever came to help. The lights are on & they appear to be open. With the reviews I’m eager to try.

I will travel any distance to get this coffee. Each time I have gone, I have tasted a new coffee, and I have been changed as a person. The baristas are amazing!! Knowledgeable, creative, and friendly. I am never scared to try something new here because I have NEVER been disappointed. I love cocoon <3

It was my first time trying them out and I got a 20oz iced latte and it was probably one of the worst I’ve paid for. It tasted like straight milk. They must have only put one shot of expresso in a 20oz. For $5 I’d expect more than a glorified glass of iced milk. If you’re like me and enjoy the coffee flavor I’d request more than one shot. Unique atmosphere but not a fan of the latte.

We stopped at the drive thru to order a couple of latte there was a sign on the window that said batista went to the bathroom will be back. So we waited five min later she comes to the window and says she will be right with us but she never came back so we waited another ten min then we drive off. I will never go back there again

Definitely recommend visiting Cocoon for coffee. They took their time making the drinks I ordered which resulted in spot on taste and quality. Asked for extra hot lattes and they came out exactly that. Asked for an iced latte too and got the perfect ratio between coffee/flavor/coolness. Thanks Cocoon for a great morning pick-me-up!

1st time visitor and was impressed with the staff, coffee, and environment. Unfortunately, the To-Go cups are inadequate for the coffee heat. About 2 miles after departing, my cup walls collapsed when taking a sip and coffee spilled all over me and the car, and man was it HOT. Not complaining, but please upgrade the To-Go cup for improved customer satisfaction.

Possibly me favorite place for coffee in the area, which has nothing to with it being almost the only non-chain coffee place in the area. Coffee is good, mixed drinks are creative. Large area to sit and relax or work.

First time here. Came because I was looking for a new locally owned coffee shop that wasn't Starbucks. I'm glad I came here. The coffee and staff are great. The chairs are cozy too! They also have some great "office like" desks/chairs that you can use to get work done I'll be back!

I cannot begin to tell you the magic that is in these cups and the relaxing ambience of the lobby. I am telling you now; don't walk, RUN and get your coffee here. I've been here so many times within the last year and they never cease to amaze me. If I will suggest anything on their menu it's the Maple Pancake latte, but honestly try everything at least once. I assure you, coming here for coffee is the best decision I've made. Also it is a great place to get paper and computer work done.

The young girl behind the counter was so sweet and helpful and doing AMAZING working by herself on a weekend morning. Coffee was good, food was fine, nothing amazing. The environment was nice, sofas and comfy chairs as well as actual desks for working!

I’ve been coming to Cocoon whenever I’m in town since 2017, and it is hands down my favorite coffee shop to vibe at and get work done at in Mason. They have great, reasonably priced drinks, yummy pastries, and very kind staff. The work desks setup in the back rivals my own home work space and have plenty of outlets and comfortable chairs. I also love how they’ve elevated the ambience of the space with their recent renovation! Cocoon is a must-visit spot for any coffee lover.

I LOVE THE STAFF SO MUCH I actually fell in love with one of them but that’s not the point they have the best coffee ever unfortunately the person doesn’t work there anymore but I still go on the daily you have to check it out

Cocoon Coffee is wonderful. A pleasant, fairly quiet place with a very polite and helpful staff, clean environment and amenities, and probably my favorite coffee in the Mason area. A great place to set up shop and get some work done for a while.

A friend recommended this space for co-working, so I finally made the trip. It's hard to find a coffee shop good for co-working, but this is a good one. The variety of seating is perfect for one person to work or groups of people, making it perfect for freelancers, students and business owners. Or, if you just want to go to see a friend, it's good for that too. There's lots of light in the space & friendly employees. Parking wasn't bad when I got there, but the lot was full by noon. I enjoyed the coffee, but unfortunately, their wifi didn't work on my first visit. Thankfully I found something to do where I didn't need it, but for the ~20-minute drive, I wish I had found a closer coffee place instead. I'd go here again if I'm up in Mason, but it's too far for me to do regularly. If you are in Mason or West Chester, this is a good northern Cincinnati local coffee shop to try.

I just moved to Mason Cincinnati from Miami Fl lots of new places to visit. Had a great time at Cocoon Coffee , the barista Hannah was attentive & answer all of my questions promptly and with ease. The lavender vanilla latte is surprisingly strong and has a subtle flavor; overall the decor is super cozy. Great place to go with a friend and had a talk, sometimes your friend it’s a book and that awesome as well.

I love the environment of Cocoon Coffee. It allows me to get my work done without distractions. Everyone is always considerate of others and the music is at a low enough volume that it is not distracting. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the coffee is a bit expensive for what you get.

I had the caramel Macchiato it was good but I'm not going to say it was great...now the almond cherry pastry was yummy..very quiet place a lot of people on their laptops and earphones feels like a library some tables and some high tables also desks and nice comfy chair but were all taken

I frequent cocoon regularly and when I'm not there, I'm usually brewing their coffee at home. Since they opened a couple years ago-ish, I've often stopped by in the morning to get some work done while enjoying a cappuccino. The place gets busy around 10 or so, but even then it's possible to get work done. Great drinks, good atmosphere with a consistently pleasant staff, and they have all the amenities you need to be productive.

The coffee is good but let me tell you the customer service is amazing!!! I had just dropped off my kids for their first day of daycare (which was hard for me) and the workers were so great, one of them even gave me a hug because she could tell i needed it. Disorganized with time... It says they work until 7 PM on Sundays in the website, but it is until 5 PM. I came here by uber just to hear that. Looks nice inside and so on, but now I lost confidence (and money), unfortunately.

Not friendly: Barista didn't even look up to say hi when I walked in. She was working on a drink but there was nobody in the drive thru or at the counter (except me), so it's not that she was too busy to pause. After standing there for a couple minutes in silence, she finally said can I help you. Overpriced: $2.75 for a 12 Oz brewed coffee (see picture). Good Coffee: The coffee was good, but the overall experience is overpriced and unwelcoming.

i love this place! and their coffee is great (a bit on the pricey side tho ://) i just wish it opened later than 4pm. i’m a student and love being able to have a place to do work outside of home, but by the time i have the time to do my work, the shop is already closed and it’s such a shame bc it’s so cozy and welcoming inside!
