The best customer service I've experienced. The very first place that comes to my mind when I need to get my books.

Had a quite a good collection of books with special editions.

Very bad customer service, rude response i received from one of the service girl when requested for a book (2022) edition, whereas they had (2023) edition. So I told them to give 2023 edition. But she told "bah" in Sinhalese as i requested for 2022 from a list provided by the school. If I am ready to buy under non refundable basis, what is her problem? She should get training from wisdom bookshop.

All showroom staffs are super & efficiency workers. But management is very poor. I knew this bcoz I'm one of old staff here. It's not a selfish comment. I Just informed bcz of some changes in management. Pl give good support and convince work place to staffs.

Beautiful bookshop… good collection of both local and international books.

Tried calling them before the visit but they didn't answer the phone. And, as I could see they have removed all the price stickers from almost all of the books in the store. Especially from the English ones. And haven't even bother to put new price labels on them. Overall I felt like they have changed all the prices of the books in their billing system but never care changing them on the prints. As a customer I felt like they should up their game in marketing. 😊👍

Customor care is nill. They think we came for books freely. I never go to that shop and ask my friends to not to go. idiotic telephone operators will down this good shop.

Good place to buy story books. I bought most of the Percy Jackson + Heroes of Olympus books here. Good stationeries and helpful staff.

Friendly staff. They will help to find ur books. But some books are out of stock.(store is in a small area) Can request it from them. Parking area is not available. But can park by the side of road.
