This used to be my favorite solbol spot but after today i never really want to return. Normally i get half green and half acai with no granola. I was denied and charged as extra acai when i still wanted the same amount in the cup. I settled for green, no big deal i guess just not what i wanted and always get. when i recieved it it wasn't even edible. Like ice in a cup. I have had my bowl in the heat for 30 min in my car heater and their is still ice chuncks. It just put a big damper on my day. If you want an acai bowl now i would suggest any other location unfortunately

I come to this location for acai bowls at least 3 times a week. I will have to go to the Lindenhurst or bethpage location from now on because EVERY TIME I come in here the staff completely ignores my existence. At first I thought it was due to being busy & allowed them an extensive amount of time to acknowledge me but after going twice this week with it primarily empty and the staff constantly servicing the person behind me I’ve decided I can use my dollars elsewhere. This has happened on multiple occasions with different staff. I understand the demographic of the community in which you are located, however, my money is just as green, even if my skin is black. Today I asked the staff is there a specific way that I should be picking up my order in order to not be ignored, after an interesting glance at the other staff there, She stated she just didn’t see me . I laughed off her answer & thanked them. Although I hope this is an isolated incident and not the way this location is run, I’m just not convinced. Customer service should be shown to all customers , right ?

This is the best location by far.... the best service and the employees are so nice! Words can’t describe how good these employees are, I went in today 2/22/21 and had a special request and they crushed it and got me huge points with the wife! THE BEST LOCATION!!!!

Much like the review from Djkitty 2 months ago, I experienced a bowl that was practically all ice yesterday. We got the spirulina bowl. I tried to excuse the ice as it was the end of the night and my boyfriend and I had ordered right before closing. However, I am sad to see I am not the only customer to experience this. I would definitely like to see this solbol improve their acai bowl texture as an icey acai bowl is painful on the teeth and loses its flavor. Otherwise the peanut butter and granola toppings were great.

There bowls are being prepared with way less granola than months ago. The are not made consistently each time I purchase. Guess another business is being cheap and cutting corners. Probably find a new place now.

Go there every week with my grandson. Very nice people and the smoothies are delicious!

I've been to quite a few bowl places and this is by far my favorite! Owner and staff are very friendly and accommodating as to allergies and special requests...(I'm kind of a pain in the butt with how I like my bowl.. lol) Definitely the cleanest acai store around as well!

Always a delightful experience at this SoBol ! I order my acai bowl online to pick up on my way to a patient's home. I can take care of my patient and then take care of myself with a healthy breakfast or lunch.

Ordered a bowl with 2 scoops of cookie butter. Got no scoops and paid a extra $1.50 a scoop… Gets 1 napkin with my meal also . Ordered a can drink which was busted up also

Compared to other locations in Suffolk (I've been to almost all multiple times) this location's actual acai is always a bit too frozen and I have to wait a good 20 to 30 minutes to comfortably eat and enjoy it. Other than that it's good.

Best location if you want to receive what you paid for. Other locations make errors often and rip customers off by not even adding the minimum amount blend and fruit, etc... before add-ons essentially charging the customer for add-ons they don't receive. They don't read special instructions very well and you will not receive what you asked/paid for. Ordering at the Massapequa Park location I NEVER have any issues. If I did it was I think a one time mistake and they fixed it immediately. Kudos!

The girls were super helpful. Forgot something in my order and they were so quick to fix it for me. The food is fresh and place was very clean!
