Disgusting.... This is my replacement pizzas after we had issues with this branch... 30 mins late, cold pizzas that have been burnt... And a garlic bread that has been de-thawed and not heated... Only to be shunned away by the person on the end of the phone...

Very disappointed in our meal tonight. Picked up two pizzas and didn't look at them until I got home, 25ks away. Very stingy on the toppings despite them apparently going through quality control. And they cost $34.00. Very poor value and would have to be short of other options before we went back.

Received an undercooked pizza and a pizza without the right sauces and a coke no sugar instead of coke, rung up to let them know and had a rude worker that denied that it was possible to get an undercooked pizza than put us on hold and insisted it’s not that bad and she couldn’t do anything about it because we had eaten a couple slices. Never go to dominos Masterton absolute rubbish hole stick to Pizza Hutt that has much better pizza and chips !!!!!

They have great tasting pizzas although an odd choice of workers I have encountered more good things while buying from Domino's but this one time will never leave my memory we bought a pizza from Domino's could not wait to eat it until the lines cut on the pizza were really bad tringle in the center and pizza slices one inch big! I still ate it though because I was not in the mood to wait any longer.

Would've given less stars if possible. Went into the store to order pizza's and my wife & I were the only customers there. There was a staff member out back who saw us but refused to acknowledge our existence, even though we said hello. No one came to the counter to serve us, and the staff member who did see us, didn't even get anyone to take our order. Bloody terrible service!

Signs prominently displayed claiming that "Staff are wearing masks for your protection and theirs". Not one staff member was wearing a mask. What other food saftey requirements are they ignoring, while they're ignoring their own signs? Walked out and won't be back.

Ordered online, went in my order still hadn’t been started, service was very non existent, the only ones in store wearing their mask correctly were the customers. Saw 3 different occasions where one of the workers was scratching either her face or getting a real good itch in her hair with her gloves on then immediately touched food afterwards in plain view for all customers to see. Workers were too busy going on about who was going on break in an hour than to greet customers and take their orders. Have had some bad experiences here but this one’s the worst. Staff might need a refresher on food hygiene and COVID regulations especially when dealing with food….. left 25 minutes after my food was ordered to be ready.

Hi, Bought three extra large Peri Peri Chicken pizza just now. Sorry to tell that its really disappointed. Usually i order normal pizzas and everytime i get less fillings. So tried to order extra large. Paid for extra large and extra sauces aswell. But this is extremely disappointing with the quantity served. Some areas of the pizza is empty and one of the pizza was not cut. A total of 63$ went waste. This is robbery... I dont say you should not make profit. But give some values for the money the customer spent also. I could hardly find chicken. I felt like i spent 63$ for some dough and some pits of sauces and couple of chicken pieces. Everytime i think never to order again. But this time i decided i will never. Your delivery is good, they are always delivered in time. But i must your pizzas are great but try to give fillings aswell. I will miss the pizzas, still i wont come again because i dont want to put my money in bin. Thanks

The staff still don't know the ingredients that are supposed to go on the pizzas you order. I purposely order pizzas that don't have certain items on them because of serious food allergies, as they don't seem to understand when you remove the item from a pizza either. Now another epipen used, ambulance called & time off work due to staff incompetence. When you ring to inform them of the issue they refuse help & tell you to pick the items off of the pizza.

Great gluten free pizza... base was nice and soft... not over cooked as most GF pizzas are like cardboard!!

Received order an hour later than ordered was only warm. They may have been busy but I rung twice first time was told 5 to 10 mins second time was told they were busy. We paid for a service that couldn't be guaranteed. Very disappointing 😞

Good pizza, but all topping was in middle so when picking up a slice, the topping slid off, made it quite hard to hold & eat. More spinach on vege trio would be good since thats 1 of the 4 veges. .Apart from that very tasty

Do not order a hawaiian pizza if you actually want pineapple on the pizza, every SINGLE time I've ordered hawaiian with extra pineapple (i like pineapple) they do not put pineapple on the pizza. One time they did put ONE singular slice of pineapple on it. Other pizzas I've ordered were greasy and toppings were sloppy. Service is nice and they are kind however the pizzas are bad

We ordered the new , I think its called savory box. Small pizza and 2 sides for 10 dollars. Ordered 2 and were charged 26 dollars. Why? The churros were in edible and the receipt was for someone else's food. Won't be going back.

i have come to the conclusion that the staff of this dominos has a severe or likely fatal allergy to pineapple… On one occasion, we ordered a hawaiian pizza with extra pineapple, when we received and opened the pizza, there was 1 singular minuscule slice of pineapple in the centre of the pizza. On the second and likely final occasion, there was just none at all. All i want is pineapple on my pizza :( My deepest apologies to the staff of the Masterton dominos for the triggering of your staff surrounding the concern for their pineapple allergy, especially for that one time you had to touch a singular pineapple piece, I well and truly wish a smooth and pleasant recovery from your condition, Anyways, if you want a hawaiian pizza, dominos has a fear of it so maybe just go elsewhere

Last time went there had to wait over an hour for one pizza, when finally got it kid cried cause pineapple on ham n cheese pizza. Got refund and left with a hungry kid. Complained about it and dominoes emailed me a voucher for 2 traditional pizzas and a garlic bread and a 1.5ltr drink. Placed that order this afternoon for 6.30pm, got to store at 6.45pm the wait time jumped from 21 minutes to 32 minutes . Too cold to wait that long so canceled order and came home. Will never go back there ever again and would not recommend

We ordered pizza at 6pm the estimated time was 7:30 we thought oh that’s late but we are happy to wait. It was 8:10pm still no pizza we ring and they try say we never ordered gave them our name and address still trying to say we didn’t order. They finally found us and said it will be with us in 20 minutes clearly something went wrong and our order was lost well… it did not arrive in 20 minutes it was now 9:30pm at night and we still didn’t have our pizza we ended up having to go into the store to get a refund I will never go to another domino’s ever again, masterton domino’s your starting to get a bad name I’m hearing word of mouth from everyone and my experience shows it.

Paid for extra toppings and was not on my pizza... have had this happen multiple times now.. we normally order 4 or more pizzas at a time not cool domino's masterton.. this posted how long ago... can't even be bothered to acknowledge there mistakes with a simple message back sorry or anything wow

Everything went well in spite of turning into the wrong street. I ordered my pizza online. The pizza was ready just in time for pick up. The Domino's pizza is small but hey, I got what I wanted on time. If I am travelling through Masterton again. I will definitely visit Domino's again.

Pizzas were nice. Good feed. Service on pickup was fine. Ordered thru the website. No problems here.

Got extra large pizza chicken and cambert tasted disgusting was raw in the middle as all the topping was put there. For the amount you pay it's not worth it. Been disappointed in other pizzas months ago. Thought they might have improved but no. Will not be going back. inedible.

Order was 15 minuets late. Pizzas were good we got two thin base and two standard. Toppings were adequate and the flavours were good. Toppings were not distributed evenly. That was the only let down

Half the time the service is brilliant. The other half they forget your order or keep you waiting longer than advertised. Standard quality food. Cheap and cheerful.

I'm pretty sure they just don't hire people that can read. Never buy a pizza with additional toppings, or toppings that have been removed from here. Every time I do, they royally screw the order up, and try to claim ignorance when you talk to them. Have I received anything back after phoning them up about this? Pfft. Not a chance. Do I think they'll ever stop doing this? Not one bit. They've been screwing up pizzas for the past three years at the very least.

Pizza was oily and under cooked, hardly any sauce on top and poor customer service!!!
