Pretty disappointed. Bought 4 pizzas and all very underwhelming. I used to work here and recall how pizzas were made, seems standards have taken an absolute nose dive. Mushroom pizza had not a single mushroom on it, and the Iberia pizza had SFA chicken on it, I would hardly class it as a chicken pizza. The only pizza worth the money was the garlic bread pizza. Could've gotten better pizzas from Dominos for a much cheaper price. Disappointed to have spent so much for such poor quality pizzas.

Pricey for what you get. Service was poor. Waited for 45 minutes for food not a good experience. Left disappointed we spent that much to be unsatisfied. Bathrooms were also dirty.

Just ordered a takeaway delivery and called because I'm missing part of the order. Was put on the phone to a manager who couldn't have been more rude. Disgusting behavior. I work in the hospitality industry as a manager and never in my life would I speak to a customer like that. Funnily enough I used to work as a manager at iberia when it first opened and it's such a shame with the change of ownership how downhill the overall experience has become. Never again.

Can't find an email address to tell you this privately, so letting you know here. Came in just before 2pm. Literally only customer on the premise. 3 staff behind counter chatting, turned away as I walked nearer. Tables not cleared. I spent some time standing at counter looking at menu and cabinet, managed to make eye contact with one staff member but still no greeting or anything, so assuming you didn't want my business I left.

Ordered fettuccine and onion rings for takeaway tonight. Honestly the best kai we've had in a long while. Value for money, was delicious and pleased our fussy bunch 100%

We are sure if the lady behind the counter smiled, her face would break. 20 odd mins just to get a hot choc. Ate with 5 other people and our meals all came out at different times. Expensive for what you get and the time you have to wait. Don't mind paying good money for great customer service and food, but you do not get this here. Will not return.

Love thst seafood chowder best in town. Always warm and friendly staff. Music does not drown out conversation. Cabinet food has good choices, coffee nice. Will recommend to friends for lunch or just a dropin for coffee. My fav place.

Great friendly service, delicious food. Clean and organized with lots of space. Really enjoyed the berry cheesecake slice.

Got the steak sandwich that I payed $25 for, was super excited until the steak was only fat a gristle couldn’t even chew without spitting something out every 5 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend coming here and wouldn’t ever eat anything here again. 0/5 stars.

- Over 1 and a half hour wait for food. - Customers coming in after us got their food before us. - Meal was not what it said on the Menu- took it back and it came back out with items still missing. Seen better at Iberia but sorry not tonight.

Wonderful entrance with lots of places to sit inside and outside as well as nice staff, food ready fast and still tastes nice. The Brownie tastes nice though is a bit hard and should be softer, chips are very nice and their wraps taste epic.

No mushrooms on my mushroom pizza, the onions were not cooked at all let alone caramelised, there was very little chicken on my chicken pizza and no care was put into how it was spread. Website is years out of date and so many of the options listed they no longer make. Very disappointed and will not be returning.

Waited nearly an hr for a pizza which was very ordinary, looked like a frozen one with a bit of feta thrown on top, meanwhile my four friends had all finished their meals. The blonde waitress was extremely rude, none of us will be returning. There was no apology just a very sarcastic comment and she walked off.

Lovely staff! Very unclean restaurant though! We had food under our table, table was " sticky!" Food wasn't great. Steak sandwich was thin & chewy. They weren't well staffed so long wait for a disappointing meal.

Had the big breakfast and an iced coffee after a hard weekend, both were great, and I'm a critic, highly recommend.

Not the best freshest chicken used in the pasta dish. Really do want to give this restaurant a better rating. I had to put the chicken aside.

Food took 45 minutes to come out. Big breke was very average and bacon was under cooked. Loaded fries, there were hardly any and just looked like slop. Only thing good was the iced mochas but really they wernt that good either. Toilets were so tight I’d hate to be fat. I’m skinny and I even struggled to get in there and the lights keep turning off on me. Not fun

Bacon was charcoal don’t know how the chef can be happy sending a plate out looking like that. The bacon tasted as bad as it looked.

Have been coming to Iberia Cafe for the last two years when we stay here in Masterton. Food is always delicious, service is great

Great wee cafe centrally located on Queen Street. Many options available from a coffee/tea and a snack, either inside or outside. To the options for early evening dining, with a wide and reasonably priced selection. Great staff and clean bathroom facilities.

Beautiful experience. Gr8 customer service..even in these hard times. Delicious food. Compliments to the kitchen and front of house. We come from UH, and have very nice cafes we go to... so was nice to experience this away from home..Thank u #TeamIberia⭐😇
