Bad business decision to operate for months as takeaway no vax pass needed and now to open your 2 seat restaurant and require vax pass people only. Bad business move segregating your customers over a forced vaccine that does nothing positive.

Ordered online but it was completely mucked up. When I pointed out to staff it's not what was ordered I was told to... PICK OUT WHAT I DIDN'T WANT. I was not impressed with their solution and then I was given a full on LOOKS COULD KILL STARE DOWN BY THE WAITRESS WITH LONG DARK HAIR (other customers noticed and asked if I was ok), jeez luv, you mucked up my order and then give me the filthys when I point it out to you ... , but hey, if you're not competent enough to make a sandwich to order, maybe subway is the wrong place for you.

Delicious salads. Chicken bacon 🥓 best flavour

Just a usual subway but this 1 took bit more time and care to make yhe sandwich.

Obviously, promo pictures always lie, but my order was a roll I couldn't see any ingredients in without opening it. What was supposed to be a ham-filled sandwich was barely more than a couple of pickles and lettuce on a bun. Apparently the days of having pride in your work are over, Never again.

Busy as, but are very informative and great service.

Yummy as always, 🤤🌯, We all know if we frequent subway Then inevitably at some stage yah get caught up in a cue🙄 That was my luck on this last visit, So with a growling tummy, and a hyperactive hungry 7 year old yanking on my arm lol, We patiently waited, That's what brings me to the lack of atmosphere inside, it's not very big but there is a good amount of seating for diners, Always clean, thought maybe it be nice for customers if there were some reading or coloring options to keep the kids busy, And background music. Anyway the Food our order was made quickly and the bread was yummy an fresh, all the meat and cheese was delicious and the the salad range was crisp and fresh, loads of sauces to choose from, can add more of anything if they were abit shy on some of the salads or sauces, Then to top off a yummy sub, got to add subways cookies, they are the BEST. My Family LOVE the cookies, the dough is always soft they are always big, DELICIOUS 😋

Good and fast service. When we went there, we did not have to wait for long to be served. There are a lot of parking spaces available. You can enjoy your sub inside as there are sitting arrangements inside. Subway in Masterton is in the town centre.

Hopeless, 15 minutes before closing time and they won't take cash. Why? I was told that takings had already been counted. Had the right change! Still no good.

What's happened to subway? Skinny buns, 5 measly meatballs on a foot long with big gaps, not the nice filled sandwiches they used to be. Was severely disappointed with the sub that I purchased today. Expensive and poor quality.

Very nice staff, everything was perfect. Good portions aand fast service.

Good food. Plenty of parking. Staff could be a bit more professional instead of laughing and mucking around as been like that last few times I've been there now.

Always really slow service, not sure what the point of the hats and headbands are.. does not keep hair out of the food.

The young server person was polite efficient and helpful. Great cheese choices. Friend enjoyed sub of day i had meat balls n mozarella cheese. Great. Friend enjoyed nut and white chocolate cookie. Wheelchair okay. Parked close to entrance. All flat.

Lovely, fresh, healthy meals. And they cater for gluten-free, which is necessary for me. Love the different sauces. And most people rave about the delicious biscuits that I bought for them. Prices are reasonable. The shop is clean and well kept. The ladies are very professional and make the food precisely and neatly. Super experiences.

A quick drop in, pick up for lunch.. efficient, friendly staff and a subway sandwich that melted in your mouth..

Ordered a foot long tuna melt with lettuce, carrots, tomato, onions on wholemeal bread . Was delicious , bread was freshly made .
