Been here for the first time last October 2022 for our Anniversary, went back the second time last Feb 2023 for my birthday with my friends! This is surely the best resort ever. Staffs are so kind and approachable. We felt valued and respected. So many swimming pools! My favorite is the hidden pool. Will definitely go back again and again!

Good place/resort to unwind. Staffs are accommodating & courteous. Price of overnight & day tour is reasonable. Best route to get on this place is via Malvar exit along Startoll. But beware of wrong direction given by google map along the way. Do not travel late at night so you can get directions from people at Balite Batangas. Health protocol is implemented...

If you want a getaway from the outside world, and go for an adventure, its the place to be! You get to enjoy different kinds of swim pool layout. The place is very peaceful and privacy is guaranteed. They have cool zip line and wall climbing activity. The resort situated in the mountain so the swimming pool water is a bit cold. One of the cons for me would be the poor internet connection. Overall, my family and especially the kids enjoyed our stay and I gave it like four out of five stars. πŸ˜‰πŸ‘

Our group went there for a Day Tour for a quick swim, however, the staff assigned/placed our group to a venue very far from the pool area. When we complained and said that we will be refunding our payment, the marshall/staff said that there are other available areas (contradicting to the statement of the personnel at the front desk) which are near the pool and we were relocated. Suggestion: Ask for the staff that your group be placed near the pool area if you plan on taking a quick swim.

You feel connected to nature when you're here. I love that the Villas are spacious. Mattress foam for sleeping on the loft. Common area for dining at the ground floor. I loove taking showers here. Considering it's a mountain resort, I had low expectations. But i was pkeasantly surprised that the water pressure was strong and it has hot water! Basic necessity and they nailed it! Wifi was slow, but not important since we were there to disconnect. Very pleasant stay!

Great Experience. Pools are warm and overflowing making it safety. Great stay on Forestville cabin with pool just nearby. Maze is really not just a kiddos maze. Plants and trees are perfect, a nature lover will enjoy here. So far, the largest resort I have seen. Definitely will go back this year. Recommendations: need more Night Lights

5 stars for the staffs (Very kind and helpful.) 4stars for the view (Great natural environment but lack of street lights at night when roam in the resort.) 3 stars for the entertainment facilities (It’s still a ideal place for team building but lack of ecology activities like others said.)The only zipline facility was always occupied by the team building groups, and there were no other options for other activities except swimming. 2 stars for the restaurant. It would be nice to have more restaurants here, it is a huge resort after all, the only existing restaurant is not very well located. And breakfast no choice, you’ll get what they have. 1 star for the room management. (Lack of equipments in the room, not even a drink glass were provided. And the TV can not connect to the internet. The outdoor courtyard has no scenery to watch, Dust and leaves filled the pool.We seems to stayed in the best room but which regrettably didn’t left good impression, not worth the price.) Generally it is more suitable for team building activities and accommodation, individuals and families may find better options elsewhere.

the place was too big and has a steep uphill and downhill, they could've provided transportations like golf carts for the elderly, people with disabilities, pregnant, or children. it is really tiring to roam around the area, we stayed only on one place just because of this reason. but the place really is nice.

we had to make an advanced booking reservation, the location was great since it was just 1.5 hours drive from san pedro laguna, the guide did not give us a map, we had to download our own from the internet, be ready to walk hundreds of meters since the pools are far from each other, it's a 20 hectare property, no golf cart service available, what's impressive was the clean and full baths comfort rooms everywhere you go. lifeguards are available in each pool, there are 11 big ones, each of a different design. you will enjoy walking around since all sorts of plants and trees are all over the place. make sure that you have all you need when you go in, because it's a long way out to buy small items you forgot. overall, i enjoyed our stay, same with my family and friends, this is a place to recommend!

Shercon is a refreshing getaway, a great place to rest and enjoy the restoring benefits of nature. The layout is interesting and the whole resort is well-cared for. I highly recommend it for people who want to rest and rejuvenate.

I was able to visit Shercon because we had a team building there and I could say that we were able to meet our objectives while having fun at the same time! They offer a very affordable team building package which includes a facilitator and activities. Shercon resort is very big that you can't enjoy all of its amenities in a day. I think you need to spend a night for you to experience all of it! From wall climb, zip line, maze, the pools, the nature.. Unfortunately, from my location it's far, 2-hour drive going there and almost 2.5 hours going back.. including traffic. But it's nice and given a chance, will be going back to relax and hide! :)

Went with family by the end of June 2022. Stayed at Club Manuel Suite room 303 and the view of the Taal Lake was epic! The Club Manuel Suite room is great plus you don't need to worry about the toiletries and towels. The beds are also very comfy. The whole place was almost perfect - the pools are good (the pocket pools, I'd say, are not well maintained) and kid-friendly but going to all attractions are a bit of a hassle especially for those who don't have their own cars since the roads are steep. Not senior-citizen friendly, but if you just want to stay in your area I think it's okay.

24 hours is not enough to visit all the pools and fun activities they have for kids and kids at heart. You may need to use your cars/motorbikes to explore the whole area unless your heart and muscles are up for a challenge, then have fun! Will surely go back

If you're into trekking, this is the place and rubber shoes is a must thoπŸ˜… A very huge place and the scenery is amazing.. Very peaceful and quiet and you can hear the chirping of the birds and trees slowly swaying by the wind. This place is also recommended for companies who usually do team buildings, coz there's a lot of activities you can do at this place. You have to walk several meters to go to other pool area. The food is ok but you have to wait for an hour before they serve it to you. We enjoyed our day tour and we sweat a lotπŸ˜‚

Too far from the main hiway(slex/star toll). Rooms are old but big ,beds are leather covered ,perfect for placing on the floor for additional pax? Only a few rooms (manuel suites) have views, the rest are just surrounded by garden. Too many people bec the place is expansive, perfect for team building. Too far from Manila just to have a quiet swim with the family. Not worth the long drive unless its for a company outing. Great for big groups and nature lovers, but not for small families and those used to hotel amenities. Stayed in the blue house ,my children didnt swim because the pool is too far with a little bit hiking needed. The other pools occupied by companies or big groups.

We have been eyeing at Shercon for a while, especially because we are new to the city. But I must say the photos look nicer than how it made me feel. Personally, it feels like an SM. Great amenity for the majority, but not much of my type. We did enjoy mini golfing, and the cafe by the pool offered really great views! If the cafe offers a better variety on the menu, I think it would be enough to visit shercon, but the menu was super limited. They kept a very natural landscaping, so it still feels a bit rugged. Aside from that,p the staff were all very friendly. It was a very hot day. Entrance fee is super cheap so don't expect lux. In fact I caught a kid peeing on the plant right infront of the reception/front desk. I was so shocked and thrown off. Lol As much as the mini golf experience was nice and the view of the cafe was phenomenal, unfortunately it's just not enough reason for me to go back again. My curiousity is satisfied.

The only con for this place is that it's hilly. No problem with the walks needed from one place to another for young folks like me, but this is not exactly ideal for senior citizens or those with physical disability. No signal also inside rooms! SUPER love their coffee shop that serves coffee and alcoholic beverages. The resort is a good place for teambuilding and for unwinding and offers a unique view of Taal. Definitely recommend this place!

Everything is so cool and good! I'm loving the place, the vibes and the people around there. A bit pricey for the rooms, but foods and activities are affordable.

We went here last April. I loved the nature ❀️ There are a lot of pools! However, most of them aren’t that clean especially the one in viewdeck (?) We just swam for a moment to take photos. Some of the activities they are promoting (rappelling, etc) are closed when we visited. No staff to accommodate us You have to be physically fit if you want to explore the entire area. The distance from one location to another is far and you'll be worn out walking hahahah The β€œMaze” one should be improved. Walls look very old and it's not aesthetically pleasing. Other pools, especially those that are hidden, are dirty too.

Great place. Worth every penny. It's too big so one trip won't be enough. I just wish they had accessible cabs around the resort so it'd be easier to go look around and check out other pools. Too bad they don't allow kids.

The location is good. Fresh air so to speak. The downside is. ... limited WiFi (shercon only)...NO SIGNAL NETWORK!! (SMART, GLOBE, DITO ETC.).....not suitable for aged people (seniors) and disabled people. The location has stiff terrain and rolling hills. Which is really hard to walk. But for team building activities it's ok.

My second time visiting. Lovely place to chill, unplug and unwind. So many pools, wifi is ok (but not advisable if you're working remotely), service is outstanding, delicious food also. Just be sure to workout 1 week ahead if you are planning to tour around. I don't recommend to elders as they'll have difficulty walking around and coasters aren't available.

The place is good for team building activities and escaping in the city. Quiet and cool. The food is great and the swimming pools are plenty.

  • 4/5 Leong G. 10 months ago on Google
Pros: Enough parking space. Great view of Taal lake but in specific cabin locations A lot of swimming pools. Food delivery is available though the dishes are not much to brag about. Coffee delivery was also available and it tasted great. Rooms are clean. The bed and sheets were fresh. AC works perfectly. Humongous place to explore for people who like nature tripping and trails. Friendly staff. Fast service. Vehicles can be used to travel from one point to the next inside the resort. Cons: Mosquitos. Lots of them and they're huge probably due to its location(forest and near Taal lake). I strongly suggest future guests to bring mosquito repellant lotions and wear pants/ joggers when trailing around the resort.

First time to come here although I'm more than a decade here at Lipa, Batangas. Pools are all great! I like the hidden valley most because it feels more of nature. I wasn't able to take pictures of it as I want to engulf myself with its beauty! Restrooms are clean and you can also have a lot of extra activities like the maze and go cart. The place is good for group, team building and family fun time that you can spend together. I hope to go back here, explore more and take more pictures.

Nature themed resort. It's really big and pools were situated strategically. Mini golf is awesome (18 holes). Problem is, the road inside the resort is very steep.

  • 5/5 Lee B. 11 months ago on Google
Calming place. Food is served in a container and delivered in rooms if preferred. This is a great service since the area is vast! Though walking around is a breathe of fresh air, going back and forth to one place will be too exhausting πŸ˜…. Wish there is a shuttle roaming around. All the staff are accommodating and friendly. πŸ‘

Never expected to have a place like this in this part of town. Nice accomodation villas, numerous swimming pools, nature trails at its best. Very clean and well maintained.

Pretty good and fun resort, but the almost steep sloped walkways without hand railings can be difficult for older people to walk to. The resort's HUGE! so be prepared to walk!

Shercon provided an unforgettable experience for our company outing. From the breathtaking natural beauty and luxurious accommodations to the wide range of activities and exceptional hospitality, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Shercon for corporate retreats and team-building events.

The place is huge and is ideal for company team building & family gathering but not elderly/senior citizen friendly since there's no transportation that will drop you from different parts of the resort( it used to have that minivan that would send visitors from one place to another part of the resort)

Serene resort with a lot of trees and plants. A variety of accomodation to choose from. Lots of treated pools in different sizes.

I love the place. The many pools and the different varieties plants and trees that provide shades surrounding its areas, trees, shrubs and flower on its roads and pathways. Me and my family have gone there 4times. The first time was around 6 yrs ago while the development of the place was still ongoing. I will bring friends and relatives in the future.

We planned an overnight stay but we end up booking for another day. Kids really enjoyed the pools and the whole place. The area is so vast. Perfect for families who love outdoors. The service was superb. Hoping for another weekend there.

I don't have pics of the pools (they all have someone's face). The place is so relaxing, it's just its too tiring to walk so the cab thingy is very helpful. The pools are not crowded. The cabins are also very affordable. The private houses with pool are good for a family or two. The houses and rooms are very clean too. The food and the coffee are also very yummy. Been here two times, my cousin been here for like 4 times. Def will comeback.

It's a really good place. Could've given 5 stars but their place is extremely huge and the pools are far from each other and I mean really far that I got calloused cuz I made the mistake of walking barefoot. 😩

I've been at Shercon twice, and indeed I had so much fun having our school's team building in this place. I really enjoyed the zip line, the swimming pool and all the other activities and stuffs we did. And I also had a great and nutritious meal at Shercon. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone! However, take note of this: it is very tiring when you walk around because it's literally ups and downs like a developed mountain. But they have that service stuff something where you can ride but I don't know if it's free. Lol. I hope this review would help ya'll. Enjoy your trip! Ps. I hope we could go back here after the pandemic.

You can visit day tour and overnight tour. They do not have cart yet so you need to walk or visit one place to another by just walking or using your car. So clean and employee are accomodating. They also accept seniors and kids.

  • 4/5 Dennis E. 2 years ago on Google
Affordable day tour rates. The mini pavillon has two round lifetime tables and is very spacious considering we are a group of 9 people. No corkage fee for food and juices that we brought in, which is great.

Place is nice. You feel closer to nature. If i may suggest since most of the roads leading to the facilities / amenities are uphill or downhill, create a path for senior citizens or PWDs with railing as support. This way they can enjoy the view while walking. Will be coming back. Thanks

  • 4/5 Abby A. 2 years ago on Google
The place is really HUGE! The service was great, staff is friendly. The experience could have been even better if there's a shuttle that can take the visitors around.

Super worth it. Reserved an overnight stay but decided to extend. - paid 7k for 4 pax per night. - free bfast and dinner - free use of towel and toiletries - ordering of food was easy, and cheap -wifi is available to some pool area -fast wifi connections sa room (forestville suites) -excellent view of taal - lots of parking Lots of pools and not that many visitors mostly day trip (till 5pm) after 5pm solo mo na yung pool. Also note -No data for both globe and smart (but good wifi) - bring extra water when walking around to other pools. walking can be tiring since some areas are steep. Better if you xan use your car to go around since most areas have parking.

Nice environment and courteous staff. The hotel/hostel was clean, aircon is very cold, oh, you have to bring thick blankets. So far we had their bedsheet like blankets, not enough for me. Food is fine. Most of all, so many pools, different design in different sets. Also good venue for hiking, jogging n walk. Older visitors best have car or bike to bring around, some places are a bit "mountainous"(not sure of my spelling) or hilly up n down. I got tired but didnt regret walking around with my friends. Place nicely maintained! There was a spot we had a closer look at the Taal Lake n volcano. Picturesque. You will enjoy the nature n scenery. Enjoy too!

Y2018. Got my very first vacation with my friends and I'm so happy cause we really spend so much time on having fun. So much activities you can enjoy. The staffs are friendly too. We had smooth transaction. Thankyou again shercon!

  • 3/5 Louis Michael S. 1 year ago on Google
Place was actually really great. -Maps scattered so you don't get lost -Drinking fountains (We only saw one though, there might be more) -Plentiful bathrooms/shower rooms which are actually better compared to other resorts -Nature all around that reminds me of hikes (you'll have to hike up and down to go to the different attractions). Gave a 2-star demerit because: -.5 star - some areas are undermaintained -1.5 stars - front desk staff we talked to wasn't very welcoming. They should be the most accommodating since they will be the first people you'll meet during your stay. Gas stoves / cooking with open flame isn't allowed so don't bother bringing one, there are available grills anyway so just bring charcoal.

  • 4/5 Tim C. 1 year ago on Google
Great place for family outing if you don't mind day trippers. Resort don't have a policy to keep the privacy of overnight guests as day trip guests can freely roam the area where overnight guests are staying. So if you don't mind this, this would be an ideal place for you. They have a lot of pools which kids will enjoy. They also have other activities as well like zip line and wall climbing. They also have a mini golf area which is not yet finished.

Thoroughly enjoyed the walking, though steep hills. The food restaurant does very good food at very good prices and delivered on time when requested. Simple but good accommodation with amazing views to the Taal. Excellent multiple swimming pools and kept very clean. Animal friendly an added bonus. Thank you Shercon

The place improved a lot compared to the last time I went there. A good place to relax, reflect and have fun with loved ones. It's quite tiring though to mobilize from one pool to another since the place is hilly. People are friendly and accommodating. Affordable entrance fee & I noticed they have the option to have a pool beside your chosen accommodation. Would love to try this once again someday. ❀️

We can't even stop saying that this resort is huge. I think it has 20 pools more or less. There are various area to choose from, depending on your needs if it's a family or group outing. We loved the infinity pool because it was overlooking the other side of Taal Lake. Also it was quite private as it is already in a secluded area of the resort. We loved our pictures there. There are lots of activities to do here like rappelling, giant chess, giant maze, hanging maze, rock climbing, zipline, or just nature tripping or hiking or walking uphill and downhill. Our room was huge and had extra beddings for additional guests. The room capacity was 8 but it could easily accommodate twice that number There were some pools that was clean but some were not maintained properly that day. They have cheap, and quality food too. 6 stars for me!

To make your stay worthwhile, book a minimum of 3days and 2 nights stay. Cheers. Pets are allowed inside so you can bring your fur babies as they will enjoy as well. Before you go, make sure to search and find the hidden pool. It's not on the map, so good luck. On the negative note, the wifi and telephone on our room was broken and was not fixed the whole duration of our stay.

I had the great day at Shercon, celebrating the Wedding of a friend. The Rooms are the best, it also has a safe for your valuable things, so that you can enjoy without worrying about your things. The venue too is big enough for the occasion. Thank you for the experience :)
