Beautiful large resort on a steep hill (Not good for disabled people) with lots of stairs showing a magnificent view large statues castle. Nice Air conditioned rooms shower had some issues. The place has need of some repairs because of lack of patrons from covid I suppose. Great nice looking pools in different areas. The internet was limited not great if you have no cell or data. This place is slightly hard to find.

Not all the pool were open when we came. In the morning its ok but slowly during lunch, pools become crowded. A very good view indeed of Mt. Taal. Rooms are ok , clean and airconditioned. There are plenty of rooms depending on your budget. My suggestion is if you want to have a budget friendlt deal, just bring your own food, get a room with lock for your things and a water protection for your gadgets so could take pictures wherever you are. ☺️

This is a fun and whimsical resort that's perfect if you want to flood your Instagram feed. Going around the resort, it feels like it was designed with Instagram in mind as there's plenty of nooks that have interesting features that are Instagram-worthy. There are plenty of choices for accommodation from hotel rooms to cottages to even a castle! There seems to be a pool everywhere! This place is good for all ages and is a pet friendly resort so it's really geared for family fun! Rates aren't expensive but most people who come here are daytrippers so it is pretty quiet in the evening which makes it perfect for a relaxing night.

Much to be improve on the place. I know it must be hit each time the taal erupts and the pandemic but it looks totally different and dull now.

Nice place , great view where you can see the Taal volcano. but the service is not quite good. We were check-in and paid 2 cottages but there were already people using our paid cottage and the service crew didn't let them change cottage. Full of crowd when the time we visited just as early for the summer. But we had a great experience here with my family.

The view is great but the venue is a bit rundown and dirty. Trash is left in the side and there are dogs running about sniffing food. The place. Going to it is manageable. The place itself is steep and needs a strong engine of a car to go around. The view is awesome tho as it overlooks the taal lake. PS. Generally not recommended unless they tidy up the place.

The place is huge. Recommend for team building and big family outings. They have spacious rooms. The view is great overlooking taal. You can also cook. But warned of steep roads and cats. Overall its a nice place for relaxation. Its serene place.

This resort is one of the unique here in Phil., for only 250 you can visit a wonderful amusement resort in Batangas! If you want hikng and swimming at the same time, then this is for you. It has a good attractions and ambiance, however the cleanliness doesn't maintain in this place. Also some misleading information about some pools, we went down to bukal, cause we thought we could dive in, its not actually a waste of time cause I saw Mama Mary statue :) And I love the church near the entrance! This resort have alot of rooms that you can check in, it can fit like thousand of people, plus the resort is so big! I just wish they can maintain all the attractions and pools cause this resort have a lot to offer.

It was a wonderful experience not only because of the place but because of the gentle people of the resort's management and staffs and of Mataas na Kahoy, Batangas. The place may need some loving as the business got sour during the pandemic (quite understandable) and our visit can make it happen. Let's love local and PLEASE practice CLAYGO. 🥰 It won't hurt to show how well we were raised by our parents or elders. Nice and clean pools! Rooms and cabanas are ok. Nice view of Taak Lake. Perfect for friends and family outings or corporate events! The downside is the remoteness of the place, and phone signals are weak, no wifi. But overall, good place!

The resort is humongous. I got lost several times. They offer a lot of accomodations and it was a breeze to get one even if you walk in during peak season (holy week). Sadly, a lot of pools are closed and are generally abandoned (presence of stagnant water with lots of natural dirt, trashes, and tadpoles--we call them tadpools lol). Those pools that are open are just ok. Water is not that clear and very crowded, but that's to be expected for public pools. Room rates are kinda overpriced. The restaurant is good, and their staff are very very accommodating. Highly recommended for families looking for a place to spend their vacation without any planning.

Only 3 swimming pools are available. No signal on TV. Free wifi is very slow. You must bring extension cord for the cottage because the socket is placed on the ceiling. No night swimming

The resort is beautiful, food is great, staffs are accommodating, the room is okay. My only concern is the shower, the heater is not working so we have to endure a cold water during a cold weather! Actually i didn't go there but my wife did...and she said that the view is good but the water is dirty..the water in their pool is not clear..as if like they don't clean it regularly...and i imagined the pic. base on her story..their service is not so expensive..but i'd been in a resort with a great view and affordable service and reservation of room and cottages..and they clean their pool regularly..
