Great place to stay! Staff is always friendly, and always willing to help. The catered meals are also very good! Customer service is top notch!

Very clean rooms, staff is is nice. They should include breakfast for that price, since there are other hotels with similar prices that include breakfast. At the morning it gets a little noisy in the rooms close to the reception area, so pick a room in the back of the hotel.

This Hotel will always be my favorite hotel to stay in matagalpa! The staff here were so accommodating to my grandfather and me while we stayed here ! Their kindness and professionalism was beyond what I could have asked for or expected to received ! Breakfast was included, rooms were clean and ready! It was safe and the staff were very friendly! Thank you for the birthday day gift and I got to spend precious time with my grandpa here! Thank you !

Best thing in this place is staff. They really care and try to help you. It was ok however very noisy. Rooms open into a central courtyard so, there is 0 privacy and it becomes very noisy if people are sitting in the lounge right in front of your room (#4) on the ground. Lounge should be on the third floor - dining terrace. Breakfast was ok.

Be aware they are Christians and so that means you can’t behave like it’s the 21st century.

An incredible place to stay. The 5 stars was for the staff. They were incredible. The photo I posted wasn’t my room, but it will be your morning view for coffee in the balcony!
