Seaview room at the 3rd floor is extremely loud. The hotel is right at the main road, so you hear it all night. Lock in the room was broken. We were not able to close is from the inside and used a trash can to do it at night. Pot in the bathroom was broken as well. Stayed here for one night and moved to another place.

📍 Location is very good, very close to Coconut Tree Hill. Hotel has a direct entrance from the beach. The outside area is very cozy and big. Rooms are big with all nessesary comfort. 👍 Hotel owners are very kind, supportive and lovely people. We had a long talk with Praneeth, the owner, his is very open and honest man. 😔 The only one minus was food, which depends on food prefencies mostly. We prefered to eat outside the hotel. Though prices are quite good for Mirissa, which is one of the most expensive places.

Good and cosy guesthouse! Since October 2016 the owner build some more rooms with hot water. But we stayed 4 days in the most beautiful room with the beach-view. That room is simple but oke. Staff (one family) is very friendly. Please order a dinner and she will make the best sri-lankan food you've ever tasted! You can send the owner a email instead of booking by site.

Location is amazing! Service is amazing. I got left behind by my travel partner and the owner drove me to my next hotel. They are caring and humble people. Best stay in Sri Lanka.

Best place to stay in Mirissa by a long shot. Praneeth is so welcoming and his family are amazing. The location is perfect . You can go snorkeling with turtles right outside the front gate and coconut hill is next door. We planned on staying for 1 night ,we stayed for a week . Come and enjoy this amazing place 😍

The owner couple are very nice. Total we spent 6 nights. The wife can cook very good. Good price good location. Gonna miss here. Lovely house.
