Pros :Superb location. The private beach area in front of the hotel was amazing. Since the public does not have access to it, the privacy and calming nature is at its best.. Great location for a family with kids and even for couples who prefer an own dedicated beach with privacy..Rooms have a very good view of the beach. Staff are friendly. Cons: Rooms are basic (If upgraded , this place would be like one of the best places in polhena beach) No variety in Breakfast ( String Hoppers were served both days) , but they were tasty..Due to the leaks during rain the lobby area was full of water ( No effect for rooms)

Had a great staying at the resort and a great place for hangout with colleges / family. Have a great view with the sea and also full relaxing place.they have a separate restaurant area which can accommodate around 20 heads. You can have a sea bath around here and can recommend this place to anyone who is seeking for a relaxing stay

New modern hotel. Close to the beach. We only stayed for one night before we had to move on but I would have liked to stay longer. Lovely big room with fridge, A/C and balcony overlooking the pool. Friendly staff and nice breakfast in the garden. Slightly more expensive than I'm used to but definitely worth it.

Place was cool. Seems like place is maintaining very well. Even the service seems good, food was terrible. Had a really bad experience by having there food. Had a hot battered mushroom and a prawns. They tasted like quite spoiled or over fried. Other food were too oily as well. Had a stomachache as well by having that food. Not recommended for a meal from this place.

Walked in and managed to get a family room. Run by one super efficient guy who brings you breakfast up four flights of stairs! There is no lift so it is not disable friendly hotel. There is no dinning area, only a small reception area and a steep flight of stairs to the rooms. Meals can be had outside with the waves lapping at your feet during fine weather or in your room. The room was clean and tidy with old fourposter beds and nets. The room has AC as well as a fan and you can get a fresh gust of sea breeze if you open the balcony doors. Cable TV and water bottles were provided by the hotel. The bathroom has hot and cold water and was clean. Went during the rainy season so the roof/gutter was leaking and the staircase became a waterfall, which was dangerous to navigate. Breakfast was delicious and warm despite having traveled up 4 flights of stairs and the rain. Other than the it is great little motel/hotel with a great view of the sea and with great service for the price.

Nice place to relax nearby polhena beach. The guy at the hotel was so helpful and friendly. Hotel has a private beach, but not very clean. Walking distance to polhena beach. Foods are delicious and have enough varieties to choose from. If you are willing to visit, you can call them and deposit an advance to make a easy reservation.

I came for an wedding and service is good.. i came through highway and its little bit hard to find at night. Thanks to google maps i found the location easily.

I'd like to say up-front that we didn't stay here. This review is based on our dining experience. We visited the hotel to eat in their seafront dining area and ordered a large fish with chips and salad to share between us. Unfortunately we waited for over two hours for our food to arrive. When it arrived, the fish was severely overdone, leaving very little to pick over. There was barely enough fries to feed one person, let alone six (very hungry people by this stage). The salad was nice, but again, quite a small portion. By way of saying sorry, they gave us a free saucer of sliced cucumber, which we found amusing. We thought we would put it down as a one-off, and the following week we visited the hotel to eat lunch by the pool. Unfortunately we were told that we could not use the pool unless we pay a per-person charge, despite wanting to order lunch and drinks for six people. We left. Such a short-sighted attitude when the hotel was utterly empty, and we would have been the only people there.

I attended to a wedding function there. All the environment and facilities were good. It has a nice look and a swimming pool as well. Only 6 rooms available as receptionist said and maximum 24 pax can accommodate. Foods also good. Bar was on the 3rd floor which was a bit uncomfortable.
