VERY VERY POOR Don't ever choose this hotel if you can't sleep with NOISE The sound of the dog cover your sleep along night. Also the sound of prayer speaker heard clearly from you room. Its same with you take your bed in front of the hotel main door. NO ANY function of the window and wall. All sounds heard clearly from you room. Im complaining because i cant sleep all night, and NO ANY SOLUTION from management POOR N BAD SERVICE HOTEL I EVER STAYED

The Hart Hotel Premium is a great place to stay while visiting Lombok. The rooms are very clean and have a nice view of the city. The hotel has an amazing cooling system, so it's not too hot inside like some places can be in Indonesia. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful when you need something. And it's right in the center of town, so there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby! I would definitely recommend staying at the Hart Hotel if you're visiting Lombok. It's affordable and worth every penny!

The best option if you guys visit mataram for your trip, located on the heart of mataram, The room is really nice clean and tidy, easy to find the food even at the night is walking distance. Friendly staff, Really good breakfast, Is just the noise from other rooms and out side. we still can clearly hear anything from out side even from the other rooms.

A 4/5 experience at a 3 star hotel. Pros: - clean, new, location, elevator, good mattress, friendly staff, affordable, nice shower, good AC Cons: -hallways echo, so if neighbours are home late or up early, you’ll awake, no pool, the breakfast was fine, but wasn’t to my taste.

WiFi did not work in the room, only some rooms have it.
