We stayed only one night but absolutely loved the experience and already can't wait to be back! The hotel's facilities are pristine, food is clearly made with a lot of care and the team's attention to detail is what really impressed us. From the amazing cookie jar in the room to the afternoon tea that we missed but heard was amazing, everything was outstanding. Easily the best hotel in Lombok! Thank you team for taking such good care of us for that one day we spent with you we are back at work now feeling refreshed and looking forward to our next stay! :)

It was a real serendipity ending up in this hotel after we got stuck in Lombock island due to the sea conditions. It was definitely the best hotel on our trip to Indonesia. The staff was extremely polite and friendly and made us feel at home paying exquisite attention to all the details, such as inviting us to a welcome afternoon tea, keeping our bedroom always clean and organized, with water and juices available in the fridge, caffe and tea bags, etc. The design of the hotel was pretty elegant and comfortable with a fantastic swimming pool and a big and comfy bed. Definitely, it is the perfect place to stay in the city or even use it as an operations center to visit the island.

Quiet hotel, and very cold air condition. Rooms are very clean but food is just so so. But they give juice and cookies, and the cookies are very delicious so that I buy 100 cookies which cost 1 million rp.

Ayom - a little slice of paradise in Mataram 🤍 I’ve stayed at Ayom 3 times now. Each time, the lovely staff have gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, comfortable and pampered. When you arrive, there are fresh cold pressed juices in the room fridge, beautiful artisan chocolates, and large bottles of mineral water. The club suites are cosy yet spacious - with their own private garden and terrace. So nice for relaxing without being on view. My favourite part is the open air bathroom which has a bathtub overlooking the garden. A really fabulous design. The thing that really sets this place apart though is the amazing service - it is the best I’ve ever experienced in Lombok in 13 years of living here. I asked about their beautiful kokedama plants and they arranged a workshop for my son and I! During a different stay they took wonderful care of me when I was unwell and made me beautiful soups. Highly recommend 🙌🏽

This is a perfect place for a stay in Mataram. The Ayom Suites is well designed and gardens are well maintained. I loved every details in the room. There are two swimming pools, a larger one near studio club and a smaller but hidden one for Royal club guests only. I didn’t need to go out much for food as the Shefu restaurant offers decent meal and snacks, and the staffs very helpful. Overall my experience was great, thanks for the hospitality.

We had such a pleasant stay in Ayom Suite Mataram. The room is very nicely designed and had a very comfortable bed. The food in Shefu Restaurant deserves a special mention. It was very very delicious. All staffs were very friendly and well trained. Definitely will stay here the next time we are back in Lombok.

Stayed here for a 3 days and 2 nights business trip, overall very satisfied with the room, breakfast, and hospitalities of the crews. Would definitely stay at Ayom Suites again for my upcoming business trip to Lombok. Great job!

You wont be realized that you are in the middle of Mataram City during your stay here. Considered as a quite intimate staying and dining place, you need to at least break your routine here and away from your hustle and bustle life. The nasi goreng rendang is super recommended. Not to forget their welcoming compliment things to welcome you and awww the free-refilled home-cooked biscuit! Hats off for the very helpful staffs too! Cheers.

Unfortunately we stayed only for one night. We were blown away by the quality here at Ayom Suite. Perfect from beginning to the end, self-made food, extremely good service without being intrusive, very tasteful interior design, well thought through setup, simply the best hotel we ever stayed at in Lombok. Dayu and her daughters are so mindful and helped us with everything they can. We would give 6 Stars if we could.

This hotel has only 13 rooms. It is quiet and the air condition is very cold, and the rooms are very clean. There is a little swimming pool, but actually it is a little bit too small. You can buy food, breakfast, lunch, dinner, but in my opinion the taste is just so so. They give 2 bottles of juice, and two big bottles of water, and some cookies. The cookies are very delicious so that I buy 100 of them which cost 1 million rupiahs (10 k for one cookie).
