Awfully long serving time, and it wasn't even during rush dining hour.

Expired food poisoning. We went to this restaurant for family lunch. After waiting more than an hour they served us absolutely inedible steamed gyoza. The shrimp smelled sour and after tasting them we decided not to continue. We also ordered shrimp sushi, which we directly spat into the napkin. The chicken katsu was greasy and sailing in a really disgusting sauce. At the end, during the afternoon, a nice visit to the hospital as my children suffered from severe abdominal pain, vomiting and diarrhea. Highly not recommended.

Amazing! I've eaten here 5 times now it's one of the best sushi restaurants I've ever been too! Really fresh and big portions served really fast and with a smile :) the volcano beef roll is to die for, and the teriyaki beef bento is excellent value! 76,000rp for sashimi, sushi, beef teriyaki, rice, miso soup, dumpling things (gyzos? I forget the name) and salad. Yum!! I usually dine in AND get takeaway . So good!!

The last time I ate here. The staff is not friendly, and not very accommodating. The food and drinks didnt came after I wait for 30min! And the food doesn’t taste very good (i think not fresh), also expensive as well. The worst Ichiban sushi ever. Not really recommended.

When I was arrived i haven't recive the menu for several minutes.....the food arrived too late was waiting for more than 40 minutes for all (8) dishes.....was ordering 1liter of drink yet they told us " the jug is not available we will serve it in 3 spreate glass" when the drink arrive i was wondering if the glass even can hold 300ml it looks like 250ml at most lol 😂 oh yeah the ramen portion too lil compare the bowl it look like someone already eat it and the rice bowl too much rice and lack of everything the sushi not evenly cut some of it way too big for the small chopsticks they gave

Just wanna say that this is an absolute trash food, thanks. I suggest you guys to not come to this place, especially ordering online (Gojek, Grab, etc). Just look for another Japanese restaurant. I'd recommend you SHIJIMA for a good japanese food restaurant.

Absolutely vile food, I ordered fries which were drowning in fat, and tempura ramen. My two friends orders arrived. 40 minutes later and after having chased the staff twice (and whilst watching others in the restaurant being served all around me), no sign of my food so we asked for the bill. 15 minutes later my food arrives. The fish was soggy and I couldn't even eat it, the ramen was vile and I just ate the noodles. The service was shocking and food was no better. Avoid this place.

I’d give zero stars if I could. We waited 40 mins for only a third of the food we ordered to be served. The gyoza was so mushy and horrible, and ramen was a tiny bowl (2-3 mouthful max) and bland. Service is ridiculously slow. There’s only 3 chefs working and all are chilling/ taking their sweet time. Servers are so slow that food was often left on the kitchen counter for a few minutes before being served. We decided to leave and cancel the remaining orders after waiting another 10-20 minutes. The staff were so nonchalant and couldn’t be bothered. Cancelled our order so slowly and payment was even slower. Not worth our time and money at all. Skip it please (and give sushi tei a go) 🙂

Definitely one of the best sushi I tried in Lombok. Really fresh. They also have a lot of Ramen options. Only thing they are lacking is a broader variation of their drinks menu.

Good food, but the worse service!!! Stuff all super slow. It’s something normal here for stuff to just ignore a customers. Sometimes you should wait around 10 minutes for someone to come and take your order, because stuff so busy laughing together on the kitchen. We came for a lunch 3 grownups and one kid, so everyone got food so fast, but for a kid (6 y.o) they gave food after 35 minutes!!!!

My husband wanted to eat sushi, so we chose this place since I was familiar with its franchise in Surabaya. We should take the menu by ourselves since it was placed at the front, but no one told us (at least put a sign or something!). We ordered chicken teriyaki ramen, salmon kani mayo roll, Sapporo roll, spicy tuna roll, sunrise mojito, and mango tea. Since no waiter came to our table, I should go to the cashier to order. The first to serve was salmon kani mayo rolls. However, when the second dish came, it turned out to be the same dish as the first one, which confused us. We then asked the waiter if he put the wrong plate on our table, which actually had to be Sapporo rolls because both had a similar look with salmon slices on top yet different fillings. We immediately liked the salmon kani mayo rolls because the Sapporo rolls were merely filled with cucumber and lettuce, while the salmon kani mayo rolls were filled with a mix of crabstick and mayo (the price difference was only IDR8.000, so better opt for the salmon kani mayo). Then, the spicy tuna rolls were pretty tasty for me who don't like raw tuna at all thanks to the spicy mayo on top. The chicken teriyaki ramen had such tasty and rich broth, even though the appearance was not appealing. The portion was pretty huge for my four-year-old daughter, so my husband helped her finish it. The drinks were fresh and not too sweet. What amazed me was the waiters were really slow and even forgot when I asked for a fork to eat the ramen, and they seemed to not be bothered. Probably this will be our first and last time visiting this restaurant unless they fix their service.

Food hit the spot, as expected from a chain resto. The service was quite slow; the waiter didn't approach us within the first minute we're seated. I realized food serving time was normal, 20 minutes for 2 main dishes 3 orange drinks, and 2 side dish, but somehow it felt slow. Asked to replace a fork, it took more time than it should. But, I love the interior design.

Hopefully the service will be improved. For people who are really hungry I think they will be disappointed. One table menu delivered one after another with a long span of time, I even ordered 1 liter of drinking after all the food was not served. So please improve the service. Thank you

Bad service, my beef teriyaki donburi takes 1 hour to served, all our orders are served except mine!!

If I could, I would set "zero". First time I ate in this restaurant in Epocentrum, the rolls were not bad... This time I made an order using delivery (Go Jet). There was an info in application, that I can add free fish roll to this order. We ordered negi tuna roll, shicken dry ramen and dory dry ramen. They called me and said that they didn't have free fish roll, I said them: it is Ok, just delete this position. No free, Ok, just delete. When the Go jek driver came, I saw, that the bill was higher. We paid 145,200 rupiah instead of 94,000 rupiah. They added this "free" roll to our bill. The rolls (6 pieces x 2) were very small, the pieces did not look good and the test was awful. In general we ate only fish fillet in one of ramen. I am always patient and never write bad reviews, but this time it is impossible not to write. 145000 for several pieces of fillet...and still hungry. Change your chef or controll better what you are cooking! Absolutely disappointed! Bad food, bad mood!

What they do when you order spicy curry ramen? Instead of making spicy curry broth, they just add a lot of chilli powder in your ramen -_-
