Tourist ripoff, at the entrance to the park they wanted to sell me a ticket for 150.000 Rupiah or 12 dollars which is just ridiculous. Then a guy wanted to let me pay for parking after I decided to leave. So just don't go there, there are nice waterfalls everywhere where they don't try to steal from you.

The waterfall was closed when we wanted to visit today. A local guy followed us on the motorbike and asked for 150K for entrance & guide. We said we did not want a guide but we understood we would not get in without the "guide" & without paying overpriced and unofficial entrance fee. We said thanks and left.... Such a shame.

This waterfall is now part of the National Park and costs a ridiculous 150,000Rp per person for a foreigner! Even the locals think its a rip-off. Its not spectacular but it is clean and quiet because no-one can afford to see it anymore. Ask the ranger for a reduced rate before signing the visitor book.

They want 150.000 IDR for one person to enter the waterfall . That's ridiculous. And their are a lot of annoying guides. Can't recommend that, there are a lot more waterfalls around.

YOU DO NOT NEED A GUIDE! They will demand you need a guide, you definitely do not, it’s impossible to get lost!l, it’s one single track about 20 minute walk. 30K rupiah per person entry, and 10K for parking. The waterfall itself is great, we saw black monkeys there too!

If you are a foreigner, don't go, they want to scam you with 2014 tickets They told us it costs 30k to enter. And they want to charge you 150k plus a guide, supposedly local.... They just want to get the money from you.

In my opinion, actually the waterfall is not a perfectly good waterfall, the track towards the waterfall is very beautiful instead, through a very green beautiful jungle and if you are lucky you can see black langurs (Trachypitecus auratus) at the trees. Too bad, i still encountered a few plastics waste thrown by visitors.

Be ready to BARTER! You don't need a guide (really easy trek) and the price should be no more than 30k (including parking). Awesome hike through the jungle, beautiful waterfall, and go take a side road to the camping side to see the vulcano.

Be careful, the alleged ticket officer - who was armed with a machete - wanted 50k per person. Even when asked whether it should actually be 20k, he didn't give in. Avoid place. This is not how sustainable tourism works...

The waterfall is officially closed during the rainy season. Mysterious locals ask for extremely inflated entrance fees. We turned around!

Guides there are so rude. There is impossible to buy a ticket, because they say or pay in 5 times more or go away.

The one of the amazing warterfall with fresh air arround the waterfall and truly cool water. If you have planning to go there dont forget to bring your local guide to make you more safe in every step of your journey. Price for entrance is : approx. $3 for foreign and $1 for local visitors.

Beautiful hike, saw some black monkeys on the way. High waterfall, nice scenery. Possibility to swim (but we didn’t because there were some locals)

😠 AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST!!! Do not ever come here as this is not worth it! This waterfall is tiny and very difficult to get here. Local people that live next to the waterfall are very bad and they only want money, then they do not help. They take money and show the wrong way to the waterfall. Th...

👍👍 I'd describe this more like a real forest compared to Ubud monkey forest, which is more like a dense tourist attraction. Monkeys here are more shy, and less likely to attack/steal your belongings, so I enjoyed it more. It took some time to actually see some monkeys, but after around 30 minutes of wa...
