Camping ground and monkey forest

Life without aledrose's perfume is unforgivable

It's such a wonderful nature landscape, there are a couple of seats inside the forest. You can also take a walk to the higher ground which is so cool, and if you're lucky, when you wandering deeper to the woods, you'll find a waterfall. Really nice and calm place.

We had an unforgettable time with our guides Sum and Hirman. In advance we decided not to book porters for our luggage so we carried all the stuff we needed for our hike by ourselves. Therefore, the hike was quite exhausting but all of us made it to the summit Sangkareang. It was definitely worth it! We can really recommend to go with Ulem Ulem because other agencies did not put out camp fires and didn't allow others to sit next to their camp fires and in addition their porters needed to carry chairs and tables for the tourists. That's a way of hiking we definitely do not support! Go with Ulem Ulem, because also the other groups from this agency had great guides and they didn't make a difference between our group and the group they guided.

Love the place very much

What a dump, run down with nothing to see or do here (everything broken down and in need of repair). Once someone invested time and effort now it is little shops selling the normal cheap snacks. Don't waste your time.
