Old but gold is the proper description for this hotel. The pool is super clean, comfy room, friendly and helpful staffs

I didn't said it's the best accommodation in Lombok. Some towel were torn and felt rough. Building isn't to bad. 2x pool, looks good. WiFi, some area coverage but can't connected easily, been ask the staff but isn't really good response. But you can try it next after pandemic might be changed. Cheers

I like it and its service. Really good! But why not 5 stars? Because the new swimming pool is surrounded by rooms, and i just feel uncomfort with it. It's my honest opinion, however it's a good and strategic place.

Hotel yang nyaman, asri, sejuk, dan tenang. Located strategically on Bung Karno street, not so far from Mataram Mall and Pasar Cakranegara. I like their pools, but there's no staff at the pool station so you have to bring your own towel from your room. The staff are welcome and helpful.

This hotel is awesome, when I was to checkin, the staff was helped me to bring my stuff to room. The room is cozy and fragrant. They were always change the towels, sheet or blanket and refill the mineral water. For the next time I will bring my family to this hotel

Staycation for one night. The room and pool were nice.

The AC was not working optimally, and the service was average. However, it is located in a strategic area if you need to make a quick transit.

Came here for a meeting. The meeting room is adequate to hold around 30 people with round tables nicely arranged with table clothes and decorated podium and stage. The staff that caters the need of coffee breaks is helpful to accommodate our needs. What's special about the room is that it is located in front of the pool. The pool is friendly to children and does not seem to have much chlorine.

Old hotel with minim breakfast menu and service

This hotel is really aeasy to access. Th hotel has good enough paking area. Some government event like meeting , also wedding hold at this place. Service is good but nothing special. The price offer also not expensive.

Spacy room, excellent breakfast, tropical warm swimming pool. Although the WiFi was on and off from our room, the internet speed was actually good. Great location, it's easy to get anywhere from the hotel. There were some souvenir sellers in front of the hotel, and they offered very cheap prices for the t-shirts, bags, and pearls.

It's a great place to be when you're in Lombok. lied in the heart of the business area of the city, not very far to the tourism spots and very much affordable. The area designed for garden views with bungalows and swimming pool. Most hotel services in Lombok are so so, friendly attendants with smile but bit lack in communication especially English. But overall i like the whole environment of this hotel.

Nice hotel near to the city

I had stayed for a night here with my family and we booked 2 rooms. Very comfortable place, good building, friendly staff, good service. so cool, love good scenery around. Lots green space. swimming pool is big and clean. Lucky me to got rooms near pool. And so really enjoyed time for breakfast. Nice meals and drinks. Very easy access to reach this spot
