Perfect place to get dinner with your family, one of best hotel at Lombok. Clean, good service, and feel comfortable with all of it. Especially there is room for our children to play next to restaurant.

Hotel is fresh, this is the only big advantage, all the rest doesn’t really stands out. If you want quiet spot for chill, this place is not for you. We stay here for 3 nights but barely can sleep as air condition is loud + you hear all the noise outside the room. Locals drop off kids in the corridor, all days shouting to each other between rooms. Breakfast was comsi-comsa with good scramble and fruits but awful coffee (1st time on Lombok) & bread. Pool ALWAYS overcrowded, 3 attempts 0 success to swim. Staff was nice, service was good but Wi-Fi drops out 2 times for 5 hours in 3 days in the evening ;( Food in the room service is very-very poor. Laundry was good, fair prices & good quality. Summary: pretentious for Mataram but really far from 4 starts hotels experience.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June. Location: There are no malls within walking distance of the hotel. However Grab and Bluebird apps work well. It costs about 15K IDR by Bluebird taxi to go to Lombok Epicentrum mall which has many restaurants. Prices are very cheap compared to Singapore (our home country). We also ate famous street food at Warung Sate Rembiga UTAMA, Taliwang Khas Pak Udin, Warung Bebalung Kelebet, all less than 10 mins by car from the hotel. Room: Room is clean, spacious and very quiet. Bed is very comfortable. Food: Breakfast buffet has a good variety, quality is average. During breakfast we noticed that hotel guests are mostly locals. Service: Service is very good.

BAD SERVICE!!! I requested non smoking room But suddenly, because the room is full capacity, they give me SMOKING ROOM!!!!! AND THEY DIDN'T EVEN CONFIRM IT TO ME!!! I'M HIGHLY DISSAPOINTED. Please confirm to your guest if you can't provide what they need, If your guest have an asthma then what will you do if they have an attack????? Please consider this

Room is clean and standard. It's cozy with modern look. For one person it's enough, but the room will feel cramped for 2 people with big luggage. Located in city centre, not much around Breakfast is okey

I’m a guest from Malaysia. My biggest thanks to the security and frontdesk team of this hotel in helping me tracking my lost luggage that I left mistakenly in a car that I mistakenly entered. Their prompt and consistent commitment and help. The driver also honest and tried to contact the hotel about the luggage.

It will not be a smart TV. So even if you ask the lobby, they say they know and don't take any action. It's very frustrating.

New modern hotel with great pool. Very close to the big mosques but well insulated so no problem at all. Newly opened hotel with high standard, good location and a big infinity pool. Breakfast could have more western food and the pool could have longer opening hours (closes at 19). A part from that it’s a very good hotel.

In the middle of city of lombok. Great access to anywhere. Room is just okay, clean. Also, there is a convention hall here.

New hotel and the rooftop swimming pool so amazing, staff service friendly especially your staff Mrs. Septi, she so kind, she not only looked adults in the eye but when speaking to my son she naturally dropped to a knee down to speak to my son🥰 very good❤

Staff are so friendly and helpful, especially Hamdi who made our stay perfect! The swimming pool has beautiful views and the buffet breakfast is delicious

This hotel is near enough to the supermarket and the mall. The room is neat and clean, in every corner there is less dust and the carpet is soft. Every electronic good is functional. Nice view pool on the hotel rooftop especially when sunset comes. But, I suggest that the pool area must always be cleaned up directly because it is wet and slippery to minimize unwanted things.

this hotel is so amazing because they serve well facilities. but the disappoint part is when a staff helped bring my luggage. at first, my suitcase was still ok, then when he dropped my suitcase down, my suitcase handle was broken. but yeah, it's ok because I know that he didn't mean to do that.

We had lovely stay at this hotel,front office lady call Rosi was very sweet,and provided excellent customer service,lovely roof top pool with amazing view,loves the variety of their breakfast.My little girl loves her time playing with the staff at the playground.Definetly one of good hotel in Mataram.

Nice hotel in the center of Mataram near islamic center. Nice and Beautiful pool at the top of the hotel. The breakfast menu have a lot variation. The kids loved to staying at the hotel. The Central AC very loud noise.

Flat building hotel located near Islamic Centre- The main view from The Hotel-. There's a pool, gym, meeting room, bussiness centre, breakfast include & nice breakfast. There's no balcony room unfortunately. The parking area under this building. The best view froom floor 7,8, & 9. The 10th floor for the infinity pool & the gym. & The bonus if u stay here until u meet Sunday. There's a car free day every Sunday morning along the street in front of this hotel.

We had rough days in a village in Lombok and needed good hotel to recover. Glad we found Prime Park Hotel. I love the architecture and the room was very clean (5 stars for cleanliness) and the food was amazing! The breakfast buffet has lots to offer and a la carte foods are also tasty. Kudos to chefs and kitchen staff.
