Lamentable y vergonzoso. Hicimos una reserva a principios de diciembre para tener una sala en enero con un grupo de amigas y al llegar nos dijeron que había habido una "confusión" con el nombre de las reservas y que no disponían de sala para nosotras. ¿Su solución? Que nos fuéramos y nos daban una sala para otro día o que nos invitaban a una copa, ninguna de las dos solucionaba el desastre. Añadir que tuvimos que llamar nosotras expresamente al encargado para preguntar qué había pasado y que nos dieran alguna explicación más allá del "lo siento, no podemos hacer nada" que nos indicaron en el local.

I went with some friends and it was great. We had dinner there and the service was very fast. The entire team was super attentive and friendly. It was the first time I came and I loved it!! You have an individual room, a button to order a drink, a computer to play songs, air conditioning... Very very good and super well priced. To repeat!

Good place with private rooms either to do karaoke or to play in virtual reality. The food is pretty good, with homemade pizzas at affordable prices. The workers were friendly and very efficient. We had a great time, thank you!

Good experience from the girls we took to do Karaoke to celebrate a birthday. They had a great time. We stayed at the entrance waiting for them while we drank something. The food is limited but we were surprised by how good it was. Generally very good, but the girls have complained that there are no songs by Catalan groups to sing and that classics like Doraemon or Dragon Ball were only in Japanese or Spanish. That's why I don't give it 5 stars.

Excelente para pasar un rato divertido en una sala privada con tus amigos cantando karaoke hasta quedarte afónico. Además sirven comida y bebidas si quieres. Y a 5€ la hora casi mejor que ir al cine

We went with some friends and we had a great time. The staff attentive and fast. The food was very good, the single room has air conditioning, comfortable sofas and two microphones. They have a wide repertoire of Rock songs and, in addition, there is a button to order drinks and they are very fast in bringing them. It would have been great if there was a mirror but the room is super nice. The price is more than reasonable for what they offer. Totally recommended!

Very good space to do karaoke. They have a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Recommended to book in advance.

We went yesterday to celebrate a 13th birthday, we had a great time, the perfect large room with air and a small stage and place to dance if those who don't sing are interested. We will return for sure and try the dinners.

Great experience of private room karaoke! Soooo much better than the usual public bar karaoke you get in Spain. Very good prices and great service from staff! Great selection of English and Spanish songs. Only recommendation would be to have music videos on the screen rather than just lyrics but great experience anyway!

Very fun to be able to reserve your private Kareoque room. Very familiar treatment. You are super comfortable. Xavi, the owner is charming. The fact of being in a private room makes you feel comfortable singing the songs we want. A fantastic experience. They told us that there was a new room where it seems like you are on a stage, they record the performances and send them to you by email. We will be back!!!!!!!

Spectacular karaoke, private rooms to enjoy privately. The program they use for karaoke is a bit old and the subtitles sometimes leave something to be desired, but they have enough recent songs and I don't think it's the space's fault. The price is very reasonable and the drinks are good. 100% recommended if you like karaoke and prefer private rooms.

Bona atenció. Lloc per passar-s’ho bé de manera més “reservada”, les salea de karaoke estan insonoritzades i pots fer el ximple el que vulguis que només et veuràn els teus acompanyants. Potser les taules eren una mica petites per la quantitat de menjar per 17 persones. I la imatge de la pantalla no acompanya massa a les canços (no sé si es podia canviar i no ho vam saber fer). Per anar a passar unes hores amb col•legues, està bé

Ha estat bé, vam llogar la sala de karaoke 2 horetes, de 19h-20h. El que no em va agradar va ser el servei de menjar, que cumençava a partir de les 20h... nosaltres ales 19h ja teniem gana, voliem berenar.... I més estant de festa! La noia que ens va atendre per donar les instruccions de la sala va ser amable pero estava desganada/desmotivada...

Está súper bien. Tiene salas privadas de karaoke con un montón de canciones y un sonido super bueno. Lo recomiendo un montón. Para cenar la comida es básica en sofá y mesa baja pero ahí se va a cantar y a reírse.

Estuvo genial, desconocía estas salas. Fuimos un grupo de chicas al karaoke, estábamos solas en nuestra sala privada. Así que puedes cantar, chillar y bailar sin molestar a nadie. Seguro que repetiré. Bien de precio y consumiciones económicas.

Hemos pagado 10€ por persona y la consumición, en parte está muy bien porque hemos estado 2 horas, éramos 11 personas, y a sido fantástico, ya es la 5 vez que vamos y está genial, recomendado 100%

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner 0. Reservamos una sala con un grupo de amigas y cuando llegamos nos dicen que ha habido una "confusión" y que la sala está ocupada. No nos dieron ninguna solución en el momento contestando al respecto" es lo que hay". Ya no es que te digan que tu reserva no vale para nada, sino las maneras de tratar al cliente. Cero educación y cero responsabilidad hacia al cliente. No lo recomendaré a nadie.

Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday and we couldn't be happier to have chosen XTRES: apart from being an original, elegant place with last-generation karaoke rooms to spend a few fun hours, the attention from Roger and his team were 10! They gave us all kinds of facilities, comforts, help... an incredible food service! JAPAN!! We are so delighted with the attention received that we will repeat and recommend it 100%! The best party in a long time!
