I didn’t have a good experience today. Freezing hall , even after mentioning it 3 times. Sound extremely loud and may be harmful! In addition to very bad experience to buy online: The pack family is more expensive (6:90) then the normal( 6:50) I had to pay 3 normal tickets even with 2 kids coz website is terrible!

Visited this cinema a lot of times. 12 rooms. Many options of movies to watch. 9.5€ per tickets on weekends but you can save a lot of money by repeating more than once per month this way you can get tickets for only 5€. They charge a lot for food and drinks.

Screens are big and seats are good. BUT... and that's a big BUT. it's freezing cold inside. It's winter for god's sake. Why oh why would you want to put on air-conditioning?!?! Flacking insane, and as a result you need scarf, gloves and a hat, when outside it's actually a pleasant 16C.

Nice screen clean cinema And food and drinks were "american sized" which was awesome.

Nice place. VIP used to be my favourite seats. Since Granollers opened ice room, I've been fee times.

It’s Ok but nothing special. They do sell cava for €3! That was the highlight for me!

Enjoyed a movie today. While in a safe a will thought of cinema. They had thought of every way to keep distance between staff and cinema goers. I watched WW84 in VOS and I loved it.

We go to the Mataró kinepolis often. The screens and seats are good. They just changed to automated self serve popcorn. It's kind of messy that way. The popcorn isn't as good now and it's too salty. Some of the staff used to make "no salt" popcorn for us. They don't offer "no salt" popcorn anymore. They should. It's unhealthy with so much salt. The automated ticket machines are confusing.
