Bad customer service in the STUPIIID drive through, they are cold and a bit rude, I can feel it in the way they talk. It's been a year and still happens.

Nice playhouse for kids. Friendly and caring staff wanting to bespoke the food as much as possible.

The burger wasn't hot . It didn't taste right. The toilets were filthy, the door didn't lock. If this had been my first visit to McDonalds it would also have been my last. Strongly recommend that this branch in Matoro should be avoided at all costs.

They have free wifi. It's just a McDonalds, but there aren't much other options arround town.

Have we already entered the age of NO human contact? There is no human interaction here except for a very brief table service moment. You don't have the option to talk to someone about anything unless you pay as cash after your order, in which case it's just them making change. I'm sure you could ask a question about anything but you'd have to cease your huge touch-screen interaction and seek them (people) out. Also, @ €2.95 for a Coke with no refill is quite a price to pay (I'm thinking Starbucks) for those looking for a place to work with WiFi that disconnects (likely beyond local staff control) often. All in all the place is clean, nice music, and kind staff (table service) and in a good location. I'd return in a pinch. Touchscreen POS was intuitive!! Fries were good!! Coke was cold!! But I was lonely, haha!! Guess it's time to learn machine language.

Maccas and the sense of priorities = huge gap. Pay for a desert in between 2,95 and 4,95€ and get a disgusting wooden spoon poluting waaaaay more than a metal spoon that comes with a 1,95€ coffee… Good initiative with the sorting of the wastes but you could put an employee to do it. I don’t come to pay 10€ for a badly made sandwich and on top of that working for you when I’m done eating what I’ll regret when in 1h I’ll be starving again. And maybe the base would be to give some napkins when another order is only one burger which feels like a soup as there's is so much sauce in it. Yet I had 3 extra ketchups just in case it wasn’t liquid enough. Oh and a big mac is a burger not a salad…

A nice place to improvise a saturday dinner with children, and a quick service to take away with McAuto track.
