My
experience
is
this
...
I
went
to
this
hospital
for
surgery
last
November
20th.
I
was
summoned
at
3
quarters
of
8
because
it
was
the
first
operation
of
the
day.
I
arrive
a
little
early
and
it
was
still
closed
and
a
hospital
worker
(I
think
she
told
me
she
was
the
manager)
opens
the
small
door
for
us
so
we
don’t
get
cold
(from
here
thank
you
very
much).
The
surgeon
arrives
and
in
a
few
minutes
they
call
me
to
come
down
to
operate.
Very
attentive
staff
at
all
times
and
perfect
intervention.
Many
thanks
to
the
doctor
and
the
whole
team.
Given
that
I
live
far
from
the
hospital
and
that
my
idea
was
to
go
by
train
because
I
might
not
be
able
to
drive
when
I
leave,
I
leave
work
1
hour
earlier
(at
5
in
the
morning).
At
work
I
am
asked
for
a
receipt
indicating
the
scheduled
time
of
the
operation.
Head
problem,
I
think.
I
call
the
hospital
to
ask
how
I
should
get
this
receipt
and
the
person
treating
me
tells
me
to
ask
the
doctor
who
operated
on
me,
that
she
can’t
do
it
for
me.
I
tell
her
that
I
don’t
see
it
logical
that
she
has
to
make
an
appointment
with
the
surgeon
for
this
reason
when
she
has
the
record
of
the
operating
room
reservations
for
that
day
and
tells
me
that
yes,
she
does,
but
that
she
doesn’t
make
receipts
with
hours.
That
in
fact
I
should
not
be
answered
by
phone
under
the
data
protection
law.
I
tell
him
not
to
ask
me
to
send
it,
but
to
tell
me
how
I
should
go
about
picking
it
up,
if
necessary.
Luckily
I
called
before
making
the
trip
!.
I
tell
her
that
even
the
dentist
gives
you
proof
with
check-in
and
check-out
time
but
she
tells
me
she
doesn’t.
What
do
you
want
me
to
tell
you?
An
experience
that
had
been
recommended
has
ceased
to
be
so
due
to
this
person’s
lack
of
empathy.
I
can’t
say
I
don’t
recommend
it
because
it
weighs
a
lot
more
on
the
good
work
done
by
the
rest
of
the
hospital
team,
but
it’s
still
a
shame
you
fail
at
these
small
but
important
details.
To
the
person
who
cared
for
me,
thank
you
for
nothing.
To
the
person
who
forbids
you
to
make
receipts
with
the
hour
(or
so
he
told
me),
re-evaluate
this
absurd
rule.
Thanks
to
everyone
else
for
everything.

La
meva
experiència
és
aquesta...
Vaig
anar
a
aquest
hospital
per
a
una
intervenció
quirúrgica
el
passat
dia
20
de
Novembre.
Em
van
citar
a
3
quarts
de
8
perquè
era
la
primera
operació
del
dia.
Arribo
una
mica
d'hora
i
encara
estava
tancat
i
una
treballadora
de
l'hospital
(em
penso
que
va
dir-me
que
era
la
gerent)
ens
obre
per
la
porta
petita
perquè
no
passem
fred
(des
d'aquí
moltes
gràcies).
Arriba
el
cirurgià
i
en
pocs
minuts
em
criden
per
baixar
a
operar.
El
personal
molt
atent
en
tot
moment
i
la
intervenció
perfecta.
Moltes
gràcies
al
doctor
i
a
tot
l'equip.
Donat
que
visc
lluny
de
l'hospital
i
què
la
meva
idea
era
anar
en
tren
perquè
potser
no
podria
conduir
en
sortir,
surto
de
la
feina
1
hora
abans
(a
les
5
del
matí).
A
la
feina
em
demanen
un
justificant
on
s'indiqui
l'hora
prevista
de
l'operació.
Capproblema,
penso.
Truco
a
l'hospital
per
demanar
com
haig
de
fer
per
aconseguir
aquest
justificant
i
la
persona
que
m'aten
em
diu
que
ho
demani
al
metge
que
em
va
operar,
que
ella
no
m'ho
pot
fer.
Li
dic
que
no
veig
lògic
que
hagi
de
demanar
hora
al
cirurgià
per
aquest
motiu
quan
ella
te
el
registre
de
les
reserves
de
quiròfan
d'aquell
dia
i
em
diu
que
sí,
que
ho
te,
però
que
ella
no
fa
justificants
amb
hores.
Que
de
fet
no
m'hauria
d'atendre
per
telèfon
en
virtut
de
la
llei
de
protecció
de
dades.
Jo
li
dic
que
no
demano
que
me
l'enviï,
sinó
que
em
digui
com
he
de
fer
per
passar
a
buscar-ho,
si
cal.
Afortunadament
he
trucat
abans
de
fer
el
desplaçament!.
Li
dic
que
fins
i
tot
el
dentista
et
fa
justificant
amb
hora
d'entrada
i
sortida
però
em
diu
que
ella
no
ho
fa.
Què
voleu
que
us
digui?.
Una
experiència
que
havia
estat
recomanable
ha
deixat
de
ser-ho
per
la
falta
d'empatia
d'aquesta
persona.
No
puc
dir
que
no
ho
recomani
perquè
pesa
molt
més
la
bona
feina
feta
per
tot
l'altre
equip
de
l'hospital,
però
no
deixa
de
ser
una
llàstima
que
falleu
en
aquests
petits
però
importants
detalls.
A
la
persona
que
m'ha
atès,
gràcies
per
no
res.
A
la
persona
que
li
te
prohibit
fer
justificants
amb
la
hora
(o
això
em
va
ditr),
torna
a
valorar
aquesta
norma
absurda.
Als
demés
moltes
gràcies
per
tot.
