You can now only swim in a tiny area at the crowded beach even though it is an entire beautiful very swimmable lake! If you get caught it is a 500$ fine! They say it's because of insurance but it was never a problem before. The signs used to say "swim at your own risk" and it was all good. As far as we are all concerned - it is simply a money grab! A reason to give out fines! Go to any other place but not here in Rawdon! They are thieves!

Great beach. It is like a massive sand dune. And wonderful water sports available for rent. Gem in rawdon.

Simple beach with life savers on board. Seems like an artificial beach but has been maintained properly. Free parking and closes at around 6 or 7 pm. Good for 2 hours

I have no idea how this is called a "beach" don't waste your time. The area to swim is absolutely ridiculous. I got here and had to leave and go to Rawdon falls because it was absurdly small.. That barricade is the whole "beach"...........

Such a pretty place but expensive! 12$/head no matter how late you arrive. All of that to be allowed to rent paddle board, after driving 1:30 to get there, the beach has restricted swimming even tho the water is really calm and safe. My wallet isn’t having it. I don’t understand why we pay so much money to have access to the parc when we pay a lot of taxes already!

Nice and clean it was worth the 8$ entry the only downside is the small space to swim but the water was nice and clean the beach was in a hill so it can be a pain i imagine if it gets crowded.

You have the access to 3 different parcs with the same entrance Tag. A sandy beach with the possibilty to hire CYAKs and Canoes etc. A fal with trails along the river side and inside the wood and cascades. All 3 sites have pique nique facilities.

Sandy beach, no bbq or smoking. One of my favorite beaches arround Montréal. Access will grant you access to additional two beautiful parks arround Rawdon.

It's a beautiful location to set a party, BBQ and best play beach for kids. I felt the water was not that clean, I could see yellow water.

It’s a great place for kayaking. It’d be better to check events there. Sometimes they don’t rent kayak because of events.

Lots of sandy beach on an incline. I recommend taking the lower parking lot down, especially if you have stuff to bring. No algae in the water when I was there. Beach is mostly smooth with some small rocks. The access bracelet ($8) also gives you access to the Chutes and Cascades parks, each about 10km away. No BBQ or glass allowed on the beach. There is a rental place for kayaks, paddle boards, etc just outside the swimming area.

The nature is great. The beach is clean but it’s a bit crowded. The entrance ticket for adults is $12.

Perfect place for the families, but the close time @6PM, I think it's too early. For swimming part it's acceptable but they closed the park totally @ 6 PM!

Great for small gatherings and picnic. It's good for swimming too. The swimming areas are marked nicely . Good fun for kids. You can kayak in the river too
