The platforms are moderately clean. There are display boards carrying photos of different places of Mathura and Virandhavan. Small restaurant for food, tea, coffee, water ,soft drinks and bananas available at thr platform shops. The ladies ac waiting hall is clean... it's so safe for ladies.. the toilets inside the waiting hall was not so clean...it needs to be maintained well. The station entrance has ramp so any one can easily get into the station with your luggage. Announcement is prompt and display Boards provided timely information..the station is busy 24 Ɨ7
