The structure of this station is lit big older. Huge space given for public and railways. For hygiene and maintenance I'll give 3.4/5. This junction Connects almost 6-7 other popular places which is good thing in traveling aspect

The station was clean and tidy. It has got 2 entrance and exits , so choose wisely which one to prefer. It was moderate to heavily crowded.

The platforms are moderately clean. There are display boards carrying photos of different places of Mathura and Virandhavan. Small restaurant for food, tea,coffee, water ,soft drinks and bananas available at thr platform shops. The ladies ac waiting hall is clean... it's so safe for ladies.. the toilets inside the waiting hall was not so clean...it needs to be maintained well. The station entrance has ramp so any one can easily get into the station with your luggage. Announcement is prompt and display Boards provided timely information..the station is busy 24 ×7

The new gate of Mathura Junction is good but it's waiting hall is so dirty. It doesn't have proper cleanliness.
