Since the temples were closed after 1 pm. We thought of watching a movie, and locals guided us to this theatre. The price was extremely charged. It was very tidy from the entrance to the theatre hall, to the washroom, till the exit was dirty and unhygienic. There was no staff to guide or help. The screen was too small, no proper sound quality, AC was not working properly. The crowd was the worst. 90 percent were male and many just kept staring. 2 guys besides us were drunk, they kept talking half the time, when asked to stop, they started to talk loudly. Very unpleasant location, screen, crowd, area, everything. Regretted a lot, it was a very nasty experience.

Hygiene is so bad that even animals won't go to such place. The screen has Computer message throughout the movie, the seats were torn and smelly. The washroom was hell. The overall experience was the worst till date.

The poor cleanliness, subpar facilities, lackluster sound quality, unhelpful staff, and overpriced concessions all contributed to an incredibly unpleasant movie-watching experience. I strongly advise moviegoers to look elsewhere for a theater that values customer satisfaction and provides a comfortable and enjoyable environment.

Need more staff their was no one to advise or help for sitting. Things can be more organised if they hire more staff. Screen and sound is ok. But hygiene is poor. Parking facility is worse. If roopam staff is seeing my review to pls yaar vo bahar wala toilet clean kara lo.

Worst experience and worst cinemal hall i’ve ever seen. Believe I’ve been to places where there is no proper roads and is deserted even there cinema hall is better. Will never visit it again and not recommend anyone to even think about visiting here.

They didn't play shows if public is not enough for example if a show is empty Of amount of public then they didn't play the show for 2 people if you want to watch the movie then go and find 2 more people to watch the movie I wait more than 2 hours for my show and when the time to play my show then they say that we can't play show for 2 people This is really frusted think They didn't even say that to me early I am waiting to 2 hours. Please improve this other wise I think I Will change my favorite cinema

They do not maintain house keeping. Bathroom and all audis are full of smells. Gaurds just let go every individual with tickets by just casually checking pockets. Whenever i go with hope of some better experience.

Only the name is good, everything else is destroyed. Dirty place, bad smell, very bad infrastructure from inside, screen is okay. Of you don't like poor theatre don't go there. I will never go there again, I will go to agra than wasting my time here.
