Check this hotel's LOWEST REVIEWS before ordering. They have paid for fake reviews. As I was about to eat here, I decided to check the review. Reviews were showing 4.2 stars so I checked NEGATIVE REVIEWS. And then only the reality dawned upon me! In lowest reviews, I found so many people disappointed with the quality of food, overpriced food, food hygiene, staff behavior, COVID Protocols, Washroom, Room Services etc. I'm thankful to every person who reviewed this hotel. I was able to save my money, time and it didn't had to ruin my experience by eating here. Hit the HELPFUL button on my review so that others may also see the true colors of this hotel.

Pathetic experience. Last time, we had awesome food so, we went again this time and guess what happened. Completely taste less food with a lot of spices. Worst customer service, token people didn't have any idea what is available to eat. I wanted to give a rating in minus but we don't have that option. I will have to think 10 times now before going to eat anything there.

Rooms are spacious, there is no complementary breakfast facility.I was disappointed to see that they don't provide shaving kit in the room. Rest all was good and stay was comfortable. You have a restaurant at ground floor where you candl dine-in at reasonable cost.

Overall the experience was Well as expected after reviews. Its next to New Bus Stand at Mathura and 1 KM from Mathura Junction Railway station. A bit crowded at Peak Hours due to fame. It's famous for Sweets and restaurant both. This Property has a restaurant cum Sweet and Snack Store at Ground Floor and residential hotel at above floors in building. It has all facilities. The food was nice but options are less. A bit overpriced, but that is according to the place and facilities available. Overall the experience was very well . The rooms are also nice and a bit more than budget friendly travels. Good for Family and business trips. There are other basic amenities too. And its easily accessible too.

The best part is the restaurant. Excellent food. There are south indian options available. You need to buy token first and then collect from respective counter. Good quality and tasty food. We stayed one night in the hotel. The room is spacious. But NOT sound proof at all. You can hear the TV and the discussions from next door. It was so bad that we had trouble sleeping.

    1. Extremely hot water is flowing in bathrooms. 2. Don't book deluxe king studio because its bathroom's shower is not working. 3. No Room service despite Elite class price. 4. Not satisfactory according to price. 5. There are many hotels in half price similar to amenities of brijwasi centrum. 6. The cafe is also high in price and lowest in quality. 7. Staffs behaviour is not good. If you agree to him they smile and when asking for any little service they become hyper. 8. They are only dealing for more profit and not giving service according to price. 9. Worst experience

Awesome Experience of food. You can get all variet with authenticate taste. Don't wait for your taste buds from tempting food , go and enjoy if you are in Mathura. Near railway station and new bus stand and near to krishna janmbhoomi. Prices are reasonable and ample of space to enjoy with your friends and family. I liked this place very much and suggest everyone to visit this reasturant.

A good fast food centre but they don't accept UPI that was very outdated. They were struggling with a variety of food order management and hence delivery (though self service) was increasing waiting time for customers. Parking has a steep entryway. The taste of the food was very good. Washrooms were in a common parking area which was not so well maintained.

Located in the main road with parking available. It's hotel plus restaurant. More like haldirams. It's multicuisine with sweets and Chinese and South Indian and North Indian and chaat and street food. Chinese was not very good, too much salt in noodles. But North Indian like daal makhani rice and pao bhaaji were really good. This place is quite crowded so service becomes very slow. Better order ahead!

One of the best restaurant. Quality of food is very good. Hygiene, staff, air conditioning and interior are some complimentary add-ons. Food packets are also available. All means of payment accepted. Located near bus stand of mathura. Food is prepared without onion and garlic.

Overrated price as food quality is very low level as there is no other option nearby apart from Janambhumi Bhojnayala … their washroom stink and when I complaint I was told that customer make the mess and they can’t clean everytime . Kindly eat Junk food from nearby small time vendor rather then wasting your money to in this restaurant .

They used burnt oil for preparing every meal. We had dinner here and left everything due to the flavor of burnt oil used for preparibg meal. We call the manager and asked to taste the food that they serve but he denied and refused for replacement of the food as well. They were rude. I tole them i m gonna revuew them on google they said bluntly "Go Ahead". Also, We ordered sandwiches to take away in train. Sandwiches was also soaked in burnt oil, first time i tasted such a worst and oily sandwich and we left that too. My 4 year old daughter and whole family had worst experience here. I visited this place as google given them trillion likes🤦🏻‍♀️ i dont know on what basis.

Place is famous for the authentic Mathura peda. I personally find their pedas a bit too sweet for my taste. You can also enjoy breakfast items from their menu any time of the day. Place is well managed and you can easily get free in half an hour.

Nice and tidy place. You feel very ambient and vibrant atmosphere there. For food you will not regret for any dishes. Snacks and food is delicious but make sure all without onion and garlic. So taste will depend on yourself.

Here no one is there to attend to a customer, before billing we should ask in the counter what is available, and they give curt replies, they are not bothered even if a customer leaves without ordering food due to lack of proper guidance from the staff , may be because of the floating crowd they are happy with whatever business they get for the day. If ground level staff are proactive then you can turn around the operations , profits to the next level , very sad we had to leave the place without ordering food, ultimately our family of 10 went to a small restaurant who treated, greeted us so wonderfully and served fantastic food, utmost care was given to everyone of us.

I recently ordered Mathura ka peda from the famous Zomato Legendary restaurant, and I must say, the sweets were absolutely delicious! The rich flavors and authentic taste reminded me of the sweets I used to enjoy back home. The texture was perfect, and the aroma was delightful. However, I do have one concern: the sugar content. While the sweets were undeniably tasty, they were a bit on the sweeter side for my liking. I understand that Indian sweets are known for their sweetness, but it would be great if they could find a balance by reducing the sugar level just a tad. This would make them more enjoyable for people who prefer a slightly less sugary taste. Nonetheless, I appreciate the quality of the Mathura ka peda. The packaging was excellent, ensuring that the sweets arrived fresh and intact. The delivery service through Zomato was prompt, and the sweets were delivered right to my doorstep. Overall, despite the high sugar content, I still recommend trying out the Mathura ka peda from Zomato Legendary. If you have a sweet tooth and don't mind the extra sugar, you'll absolutely love it. Just be prepared for an indulgent experience!

Hotel location is very good near to Railway station and new Bus stand. Hotel room is very spacious and neat and clean. Brijwasi restaurant is available from 7 am to 11 PM. You can buy anything from the Brijwasi sweet. I suggest if you want to stay with family you should stay in Hotel centrum Water quality is Harder. He should provide soft water in the bathroom.

Located at Mathura Bus stand Best place to take a break and have some food. Found this crowded during my visit Taste of the food was good. A Clean and nice surrounding. However, I didn't like the washroom there as that's outside and was not so clean

I had just one day stay here. However I enjoyed the ambiance, hospitality and cleanliness. The room was big and had basic amenities including a tea maker and spacious bathroom. The fittings in the bathroom required some renovations as mixing of hot and cold water needed some work. The location was perfect, approachable from both the railway station and major tourist attractions. The Brijwasi restaurant, situated on the hotel's ground floor, serves some delicious food. Overall highly recommended.

Have been to restaurant. Expensive. Despite token system but shouts to get order picked like Street Vendors. They don't use UPI or online payment system and take only cards or cash (they are not updated). Food quality is literally average, and high priced. Rude people at payment counters. Wasn't happy.

Place is good to hang out but the food isn't really great, their food feels bland. Not much of flavour to any dish, felt like I was eating out in a retirement home. Maybe for older people, the food would be nice.

Stayed in Brijwasi Centrum for a night with my elderly mom. Smooth check in and ck out. Decently clean room. Staff is extremely warm and prompt. In-room dining has limited choice, but clean and tasty. Location is good if one needs to venture out. Pleasant experience definitely.

A nice tasty place for foodies. It's definitely overpriced as compared to the standard around the area but ambience is nice, air-conditioned sitting area. Many varieties are available from breakfast to lunch (mostly dinner options should be there, not sure though). Price is the only concern otherwise taste, quantity, cleanliness all are top class. Parking is also available.

    1. Food was very good, also ambience setup is proper. 2. Sitting arrangement was spacious 3. Parking was managed properly 4. Close to highway, so not much headache about traffic Negative point was : cleaning of chairs and tables were not proper, few of them having food left on them.

Amazing ambiance. Good is also good. You can either have dine in or take out. We had a special thali in our lunch. Waiting time is bit longer. And the thali size is also quit big. 1 special thali can serve 2 persons easily.

Service is not the greatest but the food is 4 star. Self serve restaurant is one of the major local chain of Mathura so you can rely on the consistency with the taste and quality. It’d be great if they open another restaurant for luxury dining.

A family hotel with sweet store and food court on the ground floor. The hotel rooms are modern and quite spacious, with quick and excellent room services. Only downside was that a wardrobe or cupboard would have helped for keeping used or regular clothes for guests staying for longer duration. Moreover, the water flow on the 3rd floor was quite slow/low. The sweet store is quite large with a plentiful options. The food court serves good options and has a huge of sitting area.
