There is barely anything royal about this hotel. Apart from food and location I cannot think of anything positive about this hotel. The entrance is good and is kept well. But the rooms are barely maintained well. You can see huge cracks and painting coming off from the ceiling. All the bathroom hardware seems to have rusted, hot water comes after wasting 3 buckets of water and there are only 2 power outlets is the room and none of them are near the bed. Seems like they not only did bad with designing but also maintaing it. I would not recommend this hotel as it does not justify the price tag unless you have no other place to go

I found this hotel not a gud place to stay. They are maintaining it like a local hotel and restrauant but charged hefty amount for a room. Bedsheets wasn't clean and bathroom was not properly maintained. I ordered breakfast in hotel and I found hair in both the meals that I ordered. It was disgusting to eat that.

Manager did not allow our car drivers (15 cars) to eat inside the restaurant. He asked to prepare food packets for drivers and eat inside cars. Highly inhuman behaviour of him. Serving staff behaviour is not polite and services are lethargic. Ambiance was good and food was tasty.

Been there for dinner while visiting Mathura. This was very close to the station so we opted to go here. The food was good but the service was really slow. Have to request multiple times for water, glass and our food.

The hotel is well maintained and serves good variety of food. The staff is proactive and very understanding. They provide all basic facilities that you will require during North winter season. I would recommend this hotel because of their service, food, location.

It's a good hotel in good location. Service is also good. But in the rooms, it don't have a plugs more. Those r limited to tv only. Now a days we have more cellphones, tabs to charge.

I have visited the restaurant washroom are in bad shape I have asked them to get the washroom cleaned they ignored my request. Food quality is very bad and overcharged as per Mathura. As per the price they are not maintaining the quality of food. It was total waste of money for me. Worst experience

Great taste as always. A bit crunch of parking space but otherwise good place to spend time with family.

Located in the heart of the town, this hotel offers opulence for the price we spend. This approximately three to four kilometers from Sri Krishna janma bhoomi. You have a beautiful fountain at the entrance to welcome the guests. You have ample car parking space available. At the lobby, you have decent space for sitting. You have chocolate shop near the reception area. You have lot of gifting options available depending on your budget to gift chocolates. Prices are pretty reasonable considering the place where it's sold. You have the restaurant available which is pretty close to the reception. You also have a bar available on the other side is the reception. You have quite a good number of options available to choose from the menu. Restaurant offers only veg. Prices are reasonable and the rate is decent. Veg pulav or paneer pulav costs you less than 250 rupees You have an elevator available. The rooms are spacious and are equipped with large cupboard to keep your belongings. You have an electric kettle, mini refrigerator, led TV available in the room. You also have a sturdy table and a chair. Washrooms are well maintained and you get hot water through solar heaters. Two big drawbacks I observed is that they don't have toilet tissues available and number of charging points in the room are only two. Since they are also not right next to the bed, it becomes tedious while you want to go to bed. You have room service available. Overall experience is good and definitely a place to stay.

I came to have lunch with friends at the restaurant here, and the quality of food is outstanding. Everything we ate was very well prepared, good quantity, and very very tasty. My friends and myself were very happy with the service and food and definitely will come back again.

Considering Mathura .. its littel overpriced. Ideally it should not be more that 3000. However rooms were neat and clean. Room service, breakfast buffet was tasty. Overall experience was Excellent.

Worst hotel ive stayed in. - The lock housing was exposed meaning it wasnt difficult to break into our room. - No safety deposit boxes in rooms. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. - Virtually no cooking utensils, making a basic task such as hard boiling an egg extremely difficult. No sponge to clean any dishes. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable, may as well of slept on their sun loungers. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere and even after us wiping it off with some baby wipes it would re settle. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with dust when we asked Dimitri (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" - Fridge was dirty and horrible and the bottom of it was rusty. - Staff funny when you leave hotel to eat or drink out. A little two faced. I could go on but im not going to waste any more time. I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff (excluding the bar woman who was lovely). If you are not majorly botherd by the cleanliness of your room and want a cheap place to lay down, like to stay in the hotel all day + night and sunbathe by the pool and drink at the hotel bar all this is the place for you. However if you are more the adventurous type, care about cleanliness, like to eat out and explore the island without feeling youre being monitored DO NOT STAY.

I checked in this hotel hoping that it is a nice hotel as tariffs are also comparatively high, but I am surprised to find that almirah has many small sized shelves and there was no arrangement for putting up hangers. You will have to keep your clothes on table or bed. I pointed this to reception manager . He was not aware of this thing and promised that he will send someone to sort out but no one turned. Very poor experience. Further there is disturbing sound in the room as if some machine is running. I switched off everything including centralised AC but this sound is not going away. This is not allowing me to rest and sleep. Quite a torture. My room no is 208.

It is a decent place to stay in mathura with family, The rooms are clean and big, not very far from mathura junction railway station, they have their own restaurant also, which serves good quality food. Highly recommended. But the fares are a bit on a higher end. Radhe Radhe 🙏

If you book this hotel for function, staff ask for benefits. Customer already paid for rooms , halls and catering then why staff always look for another benefits. It should be completely ban.

Honestly this was the worst experience so far in India. It looked so good from the photos, me, my dad and uncle were excited. The rooms cost more than 4000rps per night! The most expensive place we have stayed and we have been traveling for 6 weeks. For this price you expect 5*, the internet was not working, there were no facilities, no gym, no sitting area, just the room (not very clean), and the restaurant and a really creepy dark bar. When we were check-in out, one of the waiter came to us, we thought bless him perhaps they are offering us some free lunch or a drink for all the inconvenience this stay was, he was asking us for tips!!! I hope you don't waste your money on such a place, it left a bad feeling for all of us.

THE BEST hotel in Mathura . I visited during peak festival season but the staff was very friendly and well mannered. And the food was honesty very delicious and good. The location is also very convenient and the railway station is just 500 meters from the hotel . Overall with the blessings of banki bihari ji our stay was fabulous.

Overall experience is quiet good, but there are few bugs in the hotel room which I am not expecting as everything else is very clean including washrooms.

    - Located near Railway station, so, good connectivity. But not a lot of shops nearby for snacks, utilities etc which is a bit of an issue at times - Rooms are clean and maintained nicely - Service is ok - Best thing about the place is their restaurant, awesome food.

Service is amazing. Loved it. Dining Room services especially were to the mark. Though, the paintings on the wall were not aligned and sounded unprofessional. They keep your items safe, as we lost our camera, and called and recieved it 3 days later when we were passing through.

An amazing service is being provided by this hotel. Food quality is superior. Though a bit costly but it is worth paying. Staff behaviour is appreciable. From entry to exit it is the feeling of royalty as the hotel name suggests. Cleanliness is maintained. Rooms are exquisite. ID Cards and Vaccination Certificate of every person is required to submitted at the reception. In rooms, fridge and television are available. Washrooms are clean. It can be considered as the best place for people who need rest from their daily life.

Loved every single aspect of it. Really close to all the temples and you already know it's famous one and only peda. Can get many e-rickshaw and cabs from here. Rooms are spacious and service is just great. They even served us warm breakfast right in our room. Best stay in whole mathura.

Breakfast was complimentary but same daily without baked item, live cooking, rude tone of employees , though dinner was good. Rooms are good but doors of toilet can't be locked, phone not working, no travel desk, no feedback book .

The rooms are clean, the food is tasty & brijwasi is one of the trusted brand with respect to quality in Mathura so the food you'll get here will not be adulterated and it would really taste good. Service staff is also very cooperative.

Came to status restaurant. Ambience was good but food was very bad. Ordered tomato soup, bread used was stale. No proper service and no proper response provided when raised concerns. Cold coffee was bad and had to be replaced. Mendu Vada ordered was not fresh Chinese fried rice - rice was not fully cooked. Ordered for less crunchy dosa - got served with super crunchy dosa Sambhar was very good. They cannot manage large groups (we were 16 of us) Not worth it. Please avoid this restaurant

I liked the rooms , but one point i would like to mention the restraunt staff is good but they ask for tip directly and we feel like guilty of not giving them tip.. tho if they want they can include service charge tho they include. I usually dont carry cash with me and if i give them for example 100rs and then i seee there reaction i feel like i am so poor, may be even waiters will be earning more than me but still i am there guest and i should be treated well. 2 times this has happened with me now in there restraunt. Apart from this stay was amazing. If you want tips please include in my service charge bill

Brijwasi Royals has by far one of the best restaurants for pure vegetarians in Mathura. It servers food with out Onion and Garlic too so you can bring in ur parents too if at all they don't have it. Good menu to server for, right from the starters to main course including deserts, softdrinks etc. You can choose to go there for lunch, dinner both.

We came here to attend a birthday party on the fourth floor. What a pathetic area. Washrooms was dirty beyond imagination. The hall is not properly built up. It’s not maintained. Everything is falling. Food third class quality. Lift wasn’t working properly. Guests had to climb the stairs and come. The hotel need demolition.

As per my experience, only sweets quality are better. Stale sambhar, when I complained about it at counter, poor response received and they denied to return money and even they did not taste the sambhar upon my request.

Well behaved staff . Awesome property . Great stay . Except it one more thing i want to add in this . There was my ekadashi fast . I've asked about falahari cuisines in restaurant , they guys told me they don't have any ready meal to serve they can prepare falahari aalu bhaji and kuttu puri in few duration . Finally within 20mins they served me delicious kuttu aata puri n aalu bhaji . Very co operative and smart staff . Thanks brijwasi royal to serve us in royal manner .

I have been to this place numerous times for dining with my family. Food menu has usual options and nothing unique. Food is good but it can be better at this price. Some people may feel it bit expensive. The interiors are good and clean. The staff is supportive. There is sufficient parking but during rush, you may end up struggling finding space. With Brijwasi brand name, the expectations are higher and they need to live up to that!

It is a great hotel to visit with family. It has a very good restaurant at the ground floor. It is fully equipped with great facilities and behavior of the staff is also friendly. I would say if you are in Mathura then it's worthy to go here once.

Good cozy rooms, central air conditioning does the job well. The bathrooms are also okay. We did not find any issue with facilities. Digital TV had charge only for one night and next morning most of the channels were gone. Also, they offer complementary breakfast which has good variety - fruits, poha, sandwich, bread pakora, poori and uttapams in our case. However the taste and quality is okay...nothing great about it.

I went there for a meeting and the service is not so impressive. They took a lot of time just to bring a coffee. Location of this hotel is good, you have enough space for parking vehicle also.

I visited this place yesterday, we were there for a birthday celebration, we ordered dosa for all, but it was pathetic, worst dosa we ever had, stinky oil was use, dosa without masala, service was also worst after 30 minute they gave us 1 uttapam and 2 dosa. Over experience was very very bad
