The only good thing about the hotel is the location, rest everything is pathetic. Room service is very slow I would rather say unresponsive. We stayed at their suite room which had 2 double beds and 2 ACs . There were no remotes and we called the room service thrice but no response received. Means either you use AC at the pre set speed or don't use it at all.Even the fan's regulator is not working. The room even have cockroaches. I would never suggest this place to anyone who is willing to pay 3k as I think we will have better options. And the owner should stop calling it the best restaurant in mathura as I am thinking if this is the condition of their best room what will be the conditions of other rooms.

Best hotel to stay with family and friends. Room service is best. Resturant is also available. Food quality is too good and good quantity is also best . Taste of food is good. Cleanliness in room is totally good. Big rooms available. Lift facilities also available. Good speed wifi on Each floor. Near by station only so it's good .Overall an good experience in this hotel.

On our recent trip to Mathura for Holi we checked-in to this hotel. The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a flat-screen TV, and a clean bathroom. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff at Guru Kripa Hotel, special thanks to Mr. Shazad Khan. Whether we needed assistance with booking local tours or recommendations for nearby restaurants, the staff was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that our needs were met. They even arranged for transportation to and from the hotel, which was a huge help during my stay. Overall, I would highly recommend Guru Kripa Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Mathura. Worst hotel ever. Like ever. They took 1 hour to give extra bed, hotel has only 2 staffs, for a water bottle we waited for 30-35 minutes. The temple takes 20 minutes to reach. The stay was not worth it at all. Also, the online price was 1200 and they’ll directly charge you 3000. Low quality stay, unspacious rooms and a cheap hotel manager.

Worst service and receptionist don't have manner to talk to guest and there were an incident, in which grill of the ac fall down (which was already hanging) broke the glass. I have called them and asked them to get that clean and repair the ac. One guy came and cleaned the glass and again did some jugad and fit the grill. But ac was still not working. After some time again when i asked him to switch on the ac he told me that, he will ask to switch on the ac from the receprion(as they generally switch off ac from the reception and you need to call them everytime to switch on ac again and again). then I called the receptionist and asked to him to switch on the ac and he asked me, will you use the ac as no one is using. Then after some time when i went to reception and asked him to switch on ac he told me, we need to call electrician and you need to wait for the electrician to get rectify the ac (which he never mentioned earlier). When many people started to gather, he switch on the ac. Better to evaluate other option then selecting this.

Worst hotel .... Manager or recipient boy rude and high pitch...way of talking not good ... AC start on around 3 hour ... But cooling not as per 16 AC TEMPERATURE ..food good , services good .

Rooms can be better for this price range. It was tidy but very less spacious and without any windows or balcony. Service however was really good. The restaurant tase and potion wise is also very good.Located 500m from Railway Station

Good Room and service. Car parking is not available so we had to park our car on the road, and it is situated in the main market.

We came for brij tour(mathura,vrindavan,gokul,barsana,govardhan) with family and stayed here for two nights. We stayed at super deluxe room, room has good interior and lot of space you can accommodate 3+1 persons. Hotel has restaurant too.

The hotel is very average. No water bottle provided in room at the time of check-in. Breakfast is limited (no buffet) and average in taste. Rooms are small. Washroom is peanut size without a hand spray. The staff doesn’t care much but will definitely roam around you for tip at the time of checkout, which is frustrating especially when the overall service is below average. If you’re tight on budget and can manage the above, plus staying only for a day or two, you may consider or else can avoid.

I stayed there for 2 days. Rooms are not spacious and ac not working.Since there was no window or balcony so it's quite suffocating. They will not give bill as well.They are charging for deluxe room but its not worth.
