I recently had the pleasure of staying at the local hotel, and I must say it was a truly memorable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby until the time of my departure, the service provided by the staff was nothing short of exceptional. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the friendly and professional hotel staff. They were attentive, efficient, and made me feel welcome right from the start. Throughout my stay, they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was providing recommendations for local attractions or promptly attending to any requests I had, their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident at every turn. The rooms at the hotel were equally impressive. Spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, they provided a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the room decor and amenities was commendable. The plush bedding and high-quality linens ensured a restful night's sleep, while the modern furnishings and tasteful design created an ambiance of elegance and relaxation. The hotel's attention to guest comfort extended beyond the rooms themselves. The on-site facilities, including the fitness center , were well-maintained and easily accessible. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant served delectable cuisine, offering a variety of options to suit different palates. The central location of the hotel was another highlight. Situated in the heart of the city, it provided convenient access to local attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants, making it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. Overall, my stay at the local hotel exceeded all expectations. The exceptional service, comfortable rooms, and convenient location made it a standout choice. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay in the area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel the Mansion in Mathura and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the overall cleanliness and well-maintained atmosphere of the hotel. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable room service. Any request I had was swiftly attended to, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist further enhanced my stay, creating a warm and welcoming environment that made me feel right at home. Not only did the staff excel in their service, but the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant was also exceptional. Each meal I enjoyed was not only delicious but also beautifully presented, showcasing the culinary expertise of the hotel's kitchen team. Overall, my time at Hotel the Mansion was marked by its dedication to cleanliness, fast room service, friendly and helpful staff, and delectable cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mathura, as it undoubtedly contributed to making my trip a memorable and enjoyable one.

Top notch experience with the stay, rooms were neat and tidy and location is just stone throw distance to the main Krishna janama bhumi temple. There were some power cuts but back up was in place. Would appreciate the fact that the receptionist mentioned upfront during checkin that they might give rest to the back up a couple of hours during mid night if need be. I reckon most of them choose not to reveal this upfront. We had booked the super delux rooms and no complaints at all, highly recommended !!

One of the authentic hotels visited in the city , food and hospitality is too good , classic place with good ambiance โœ… , special mention Ajit Chaudhary - Restaurant Manager is one the best person who received us and provided all the necessary facilities.

I was there for my brother's Engagement function. The hall, DJ, sitting arrangement and stage was good. But the service of them was very poor and slow. We remind the staff to bring chapati , rice, sabzi again and again which was bad to see and experience. Also the sofa on the stage was too bad and uncomfortable for the couple. Thanks

The restaurant had a very limited amount of variety in food items. And the food items they had didn't have any quality. Also the air conditioning system wasn't working properly, it felt very suffocating. Their services have degraded since I last visited.

Location just beside Krishna Janmabhoomi. Rooms also good. But service is worst. No running hot water in Bathroom. Even we asked for soap and even extra towel. It took them more than 25 minutes to deliver it to us.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights with my family recently. Thought of giving a very honest review on the hotel with all pros and cons. Firstly the pros: this is the most strategically located hotel near Krishna Janambhumi with all the 3 gates at a walking distance, the main reason why we opted for this hotel. Now coming to the various cons that will obviously be the main reasons why I would definitely not opt for this hotel on my future Mathura visits. We took a cab from NCR for Mathura and when we reached the hotel, there were hardly any people sitting at reception and hence could not even ask someone to take our luggages from our car. After waiting for more than 10 mins, someone fortunately came down whom I requested to take the luggages. Now coming to rooms: it is quite evident that at the time of starting the hotel, the owner left no stone unturned to make it one of the best hotels in the area: the wall decorations, the stylish and expensive bathroom fittings, the split ACs of Daikin etc bear testimony to that although we felt that it was bit suffocated as there was no provision to see outside. Now coming to the main drawback that we felt can go a long way in bringing down the hotelโ€™s ratings in no time. We felt that room service left much to be desired: the staff was far less than what it should be for an average 3 star hotel. In addition, there was a person in his middle age who used to serve us from room service during the day whom we found really rude to say the least. He was reluctant to come more than once even though it was his fault in missing out some items that we ordered on phone. This was our 3rd Mathura visit and we had already made good rapport with some shops in Janambhumi and hence revisited them for some purchases. When I shared about our ordeal in the hotel, we came to know that this was undoubtedly one of the best hotel in the area till last year when its owner sadly passed away in Covid and now probably there is no one from the top to supervise these people ( not sure if the ownerโ€™s legal heir/heirs stays/stay in Mathura or he/they are taking active interest in supervising from the top, hence the casual attitude is pretty evident amongst the staff). We also felt that the maintenance left a lot to be desired: our room had cracks on walls, there were lots of seepages that immediately need to be addressed to. Overhauling is also required for crockeries that they use to serve food: one of the bowls where they served sugar had developed cracks below but still they were using these items. Now last but not the least coming to food: must compliment the cook for giving us tastiest dishes in spite of our limitations owing to food allergies, but the food cost is exorbitant to say the least and the quantity is also exceptionally less specially for the rice and Chowmein items. In fact we had to shell out a whooping Rs 5,400 for just 3 days for absolute basic food. Moreover what I felt very bad was that we had carried some purely vegetarian home food that we asked them to reheat for our consumption, they flatly denied saying this is against hotel norms as they make Prasad for Radha Rani!! Honestly I feel this was highly unprofessional on their part and they could always keep a backup gas oven for customers!! The general review of this hotel in Google and MMT is still not bad but if you filter the reviews for the last 1 year, you can easily make out that services of this hotel have definitely gone down to the drains, hence would definitely advise my friends to avoid staying here inspite of the proximity to Janmabhumi!!

extremely disappointed with the service We reached the hotel late evening and were told there was some issue with the room that was reserved for us. They shifted us to another hotel which was under the same hotel management. The service there was pathetic - the room was smelling, the vetilation was not adequate, the staff went missing in the night and didnt arrive untill next day noon. Though we booked the room in the hotel for a couple of days but we cancelled our booking and made a new booking in another hotel from next day. Strongly not recommended!
